Use a clothing steamer to get rid of the folds in the paper.
Apply Decoupage Gel to the surface.
Apply Decoupage Tissue Paper to your surface and smooth out.
Allow to dry, then use a sanding block to trim off excess.
Apply Gel again to seal.
Enjoy your beautiful new surface with gorgeous patterns!
