I made it exactly the same, just added some coconut. Amazing! My husband loved it too, we've been adding it to our yogurt in the morning. We even eat it just like that. Making it at home cost me about half the price of the store, with no additives added. I'm making it today again and taking some to my parents this afternoon.

Keep in mind there is a 139g of sugar in a half of a cup of honey. That defeated the whole purpose of this being healthy in my opinion.
@sonderhaven7399
3 жыл бұрын
@@vivaeuropa ok but you’re not going to eat 139g in one serving, this would make at least 12 1/2 cup servings, which would be just over 11g of sugar per serving. If you just use it as a topping it would make 24 1/4 cup servings at around 6g of sugar per serving.
When I get me a kitchen I’ll be sure to make me some of this . But I’m hungry 😋 now. Love olive oil.

Made this today. Turned out well👍5/11/2023
I made it and I substituted nuts & sunflower seeds to 1 and a half cup of raw peanuts since I am not a fun of the recommended nuts and sunflower seeds. I also substituted the olive oil to coconut oil and added 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract. So yummy :) Great recipe.
I used dates, coconut oil, raisins and dry coconut flakes. The taste is heavenly. I'm making another one and I'll probably substitute the coconut flakes with almonds.

How come everyone is so shocked about the olive oil? Get over it! This is her specific recipe and that much oil isn't hurting anyone unless you are eating way more granola than you need to be lol. If you don't wana use the olive oil use some coconut or avocado or WHATEVER oil lol all I know is when I pulled up KZread and typed in "homemade granola" I was more than pleased with this recipe and will be making it!
