Easy and Beginner Friendly Parkinson’s disease Exercises

Are you getting rigid and have difficulty moving because of Parkinson’s disease? The exercises in this video might help you.
When you get diagnosed with Parkinson’s disease, the quality and the size of your movements are lower. Your movements become smaller and rigid. Doing daily exercises will help you improve the quality of your movements. The movements need to be larger so that when you calibrated down you will produce more normal movement patterns. If you don’t practice daily, your rigidity, Tremors, slowness of movement and postural instability you will get worse faster.
Before we start, record or video yourself walking. We will compare this to the quality of your movements after doing your exercises.
Here are easy and beginner friendly exercises for Parkinson’s disease:
1. Chin to shoulder - Bring your chin from one shoulder to another. Try to touch your shoulder with your chin.
2. Floor to ceiling - Keeping your arms straight, reach down to ghe floor and reach up towards the ceiling and hold it for 10 seconds we will do this 10 repetitions.
3. Side reaching and stepping - Place a target on one side. You are going to reach that target while stepping towards it.
4. Butt cheek to butt cheek - clasp or hold your hands together and try to reach one back pocket or butt cheek alternately.
5. Nose to butt - swing your hands towards your butt cheeks 10 times
6. Scissors - Bring your legs straight up and open and close your legs.
7. High marching - place your arms at belly level And try to touch your hands with your kneees.
8. Sit to stand - Scoot yourself towards the front of your chair and push up to standing. Slightly lean forward to have better leverage. Do this 10 times
9. Walking - If you have a good balance, walk without the walker and practice swing in your arms. Exaggerates the movements and eventually you will adjust and modulate it down to a more normal movement. If you need a walker, just focus on making those larger and longer steps.

Would love for you to make a video for those with Parkinson's that use a ball. I see an ad for a Parkinson's Ball but it's $187!!! Crazy. But I'd like to participate and help my mom and think the ball would help? Am I wrong? Thank you for all you do. ❤

Could you please make one consolidated video for persons suffering from PD which consists of all the exercises in continuous form without too much of instructions so that we're effectively doing exercises without any break for a reasonable duration of 45 minutes to 1 hour. It would be a great help. You are doing a great job and will earn blessings of many..
