Notes: Thank you for your detailed steps! This is so much harder than it looks, but your video is the clearest one I have found this far. It took three tries to get the loops on the knot equally tight. And now I keep placing the second knot wrong, it’s not tightening correctly. Also as a leftie I’m realizing tying the first knot with my right hand was hard but I will keep trying. *Single Strand Bracelet* Placing the knot 🪢 4:03 Make wise enough to fit around hand R end over L end Making Loops 4:27 Use pencil ✏️ in line with R side Loop L side around First Loop 4:46 Left side goes behind pencil ✏️ and R side and down. Slide the pencil out 5:05 To thread working cord through loops Loop strand through knot 5:17 Tighten knot 5:33 Pull both cords 5:37 Hold both cords in place and then pull to tighten knot

Love your video...thanks for taking the time to make it and then share it with us. Small suggestion/question...instead of wrapping the cording around the pencil, what would you think of using a crochet hook instead? You can find them in various sizes and it just seems like making those knots wouldn't be quite as fiddly if you had the hook to help pull the ends through while maintaining the loops. Just an idea. 💡

These are super cute, and I think they could make great gifts for many age groups, from preteen on up. I've seen tutorials that use a short cut straw or tubular object when making those type barrel knots - have you ever tried something like that to help make the knots, and if so, what did you think?
