This is one of THE BEST videos I've seen for this bracelet!! I love how you repeated the steps a couple times so we could make sure we did it right. I watched a few other videos on the same bracelet before this one, and I kept messing up and having to restart because they were going too fast. I'll definitely use more of your tutorials in the future!!
FINALLY! You know I've been trying to make these type of knots for years and usually after about an hour of fiddling around I get it but after watching your video I finally get what I'm supposed to do and it took me like 30 seconds to fix my necklace. THANK YOU!!!!!!
Best and easiest tutorial on youtube. I was able to make these for our litter of puppies so we could identify them.

Absolute best video tutorial on KZread and I have looked at several. Wanted to make a bracelet with my grands and this video was perfect! Thank you!
Fabulous thank you, 11 lab pups now have lovely new identity collars! Excellent and clear instructions 👍🏼
This is the BEST and simplest demonstration of the sliding knot that I have viewed! He shows slowly and in detail how to make this knot. Thank you!
You have no idea how many videos I’ve watched in these adjustable bracelets! I was never able to successfully make one! Thank you sooo much for 1) talking us through the instructions and not just silently showing us! and 2) going slow and starting over multiple times to make sure we see each step exactly! I did it! I got a bracelet knotted! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻. Thank you!!!
I visited this video a year ago and I’m using it again for a necklace for my whistle for lifeguarding and so just wanted to thank you again for having a really simple and easy to follow video!!
Thank you so much. One of the knots on my bracelet came undone and this video helped me fix it 👍🏻
watched so many of these sliding knot tutorials and this is the best and easiest one to follow. came out with the best looking and smoothest sliding knot too! THANK YOU
THANK YOU SO MUCH for posting instructions for a sliding bracelet that actually make sense! I've looked allover the web, KZread & Pinterest but your directions are the only ones I could clearly see & understand! Made my first adjustable sliding knot bracelet successfully! Thx so much!
Love the demo. Played along and definitely going to make a bunch! Thanks for sharing your time and talent.
fabulous instructions!!! Best ever. I have found this very tricky but you have made it so easy. I appreciate it so much, very clever!!!
This is a great tutorial. I was looking for this knot to make the “ties” for my cords on my leather face masks. That way you can set how tight it is and that way you don’t constantly have the elastic pulling on your ears. Thank you for your video.
Thank you! I have a charm to give a friend for her birthday and this enabled me to string it on a parachord bracelet! I appreciate your succinct lesson!
This is an excellent tutorial, so well explained!! I love the way you backed up two or three times and repeated the process again! This is one of the best!! I have watched so many that only go thru once and done. Thank you so much, I'm getting ready to make a leather necklace w pendant using this knot!! Woo hoooo!!! I'm so happy!!
This is a easy to follow video! Good speed and not to chatty on the intro! Doesn't go to fast and I'm not frustrated with something I might have missed! This goes for most of his videos I watched! Kudos
Thank you for these instructions. I had to make 22 bracelets for a trade show and your knotting technique really sped up the process.
FINALLY! A tutorial that i can follow without a thousand rewinds!!! 🙌🏾
This was a super helpful tutorial! I've been wearing my favorite pride bracelet nonstop this month, and the leather snapped on me. I picked up some waxed cotton cording (since hopefully that'll be a little tougher and waterproof), re-beaded it, and found this tutorial to help me tie the knots. It turned out perfectly, despite my complete lack of creative/crafting abilities. Thank you so much for this!
Thank you for your very descriptive video! I've just started making jewellery and I haven't come across a video as clear as yours! Cheers :D
This is fantastic, was needing to learn these knots to make thick ID collars for my dogs and it worked really well. Thank you!!
I've watched numerous videos over the last week on sliding knots, I could get the first one perfect, but not the second (insert pun here 😆). But with this method, I managed to get both knots done within 5 mins. So thank you for explaining it in a way that didn't sh!t me to tears.
Finally - someone who is easy to follow - repeats steps. Fixed my necklace on the first try after watching this. THANKS !
I made it and placed a charm between the 2 knots ... It was EXCELLENT! Thank you very much!
Thanks! These are perfect, patient directions. The knot that won't come untied is wonderful!
I watched 10 videos and this was by far the easiest. Easy to follow!! Thank you
I was trying to make one of these for my son's birthday/trip to the beach. I tried two other tutorials before I found this one. LOVE IT!!! Thank you so much ~ Marge
Thank you for this tutorial. It was easy to follow and you explained it well. I’ve been looking for a good knot for a very simple nylon cord necklace with an urn charm for a few weeks and all of the other tutorials have been awful. I am left handed but mostly ambidextrous when it comes to arts and crafts but they were still hard to follow because they were made for people who were only right handed. You made it easy to follow because you flipped the bracelet and worked from the same side for both knots. 🙂
Thank you very much for posting this! The kids will each receive one on our next mission!
Thank you so much. I searched really long for a simple bracelet like this, because I wanted to do one for mother and child. Funny enough, there are nearly solely instructions for super big knodded paracord bracelets. So thank you again for this simple one ; ).
I was using leather and it came out great. Your instructions are 5*. I played and it worked each time. I just remember 'coming at ya', so I cheat so its always coming at me. Simple, slow, clear, no fuss or distractions (I thought the phone was music background so very pleased I could just concentrate on what you were saying and watch your hands-thanks for the focus adjustment). BRILLIANT demo but EXCELLENT style as I retained the info. Thank you.!
Thank you so much! This is exactly what I was looking for, and it’s so simple!
Your tutorial was really useful. You are very good at explaining and demonstrating. After watching many tutorials on that knot, only yours made sense, at least to me. Thank you
Great video. Simple. Well explained. Made a couple bracelets in five minutes following your videos. Thanks. Keep up the great work.
The Very BEST tutorial ever on sliding knot. I was able to do this exactly as you did and was very very happy! Will certainly subscribe!
Best tutorial for the sliding knot for any bracelet. Tried to find a good one and this was easiest to understand. Thanks
Saw this video about 5 years ago, made two of them, and still wearing them non stop for 5 years. Once again, thanks for the video
I absolutely cannot thank you enough!! Watched so many vids and other step by step instruction images and for the love of God I just didn't get it UNTIL I watched you!!! So happy 😊 XX
This channel is my new guilty pleasure😂
Excellent video. After watching several videos that left me ready to give up, I luckily found yours and am happily making sliding knots!
Your tutorial is great. Nice directives and easy to follow .Thank you for not having music in background and speaking clearly
dude thank you for this knot. been working on bungee cord to make shark teeth necklaces and all other knots just came out as junk. appreciate your professionalism and replays
aka... double fisherman's knot. Love your videos. i made my first bracelet yesterday. i made the firefighter bracelet. i thought it might had been too much to try for my first time but it was easy after watching your video. thanks
Thanks! I used this video to make camouflage bracelets for my son's army themed birthday party. They came out great and I had never made bracelets before. I love your channel!
Thanks so much! Finally I actually got it :-) With the other videos I almost gave up, so glad I found this one. I managed to repair my favorite friendship bracelet, can't thank you enough!!!
This is the best video for learning this technique! Very easy to follow and I can easily see what you are doing! Well done!
Thank you, thank you!! So easy to follow. I used your video to learn how to knot my bracelet a while ago, then just now, had to use your video again so I could retie the same bracelet as one end had worked it's way loose.
After melting the ends I use a piece of sandpaper to texture the end , then I take a colored sharpie and color in the white inner cord. It makes it blend in. You can use it in your videos if you like . Thanks for the great tutorials !
