Depends on what type of quality your video has already if it’s too bright it will turn out ok I am pretty sure but 4K clips work much better

Put a white overlay on it and blend it set the opacity to 50 after that and download it then download the original clip and overlay the white background one after that you do these things, also it depends on the video
