Easy 3-WAY Bangus Recipe | SIMPOL | CHEF TATUNG
Sawa ka na ba sa usual lutong bangus? Hindi lang isa, but here are 3 ways how you can level up your bangus! Bongga diba? I-try mo na! 😋
Ingredients:
Pinaputok na Bangus with butter:
1pc - Bangus
1/2 pc - Tomato
1 tbsp - Green chili
1 tsp - Ginger
2 tbsp - calamansi juice
Salt & pepper
2 tbsp - Butter
(Marinate the bangus)
Salt & pepper
Garnish:
Spring onion
Baked Cheesy Bangus:
1 pc - Bangus
Add
3 tbsp - White onion
1/2 pc - Tomato
3 tbsp - Soy sauce
1 tbsp - Calamansi juice
2 tbsp - Mayonaise
(Marinate the bangus w/)
Salt & pepper
Add the toppings
1/2 cup - Cheese
Bangus Ala Pobre:
1 pc - Bangus
Salt & pepper
1/2 cup - Cornstarch
Oil for frying
Sauce:
2 tbsp - Butter
3 tbsp - White onion
1pc - Green chili
3 tbsp - Soy sauce
2 tbsp - Sugar
3 tbsp - Calamansi juice
Black pepper
Garnish:
Fried garlic

Kapag makati na sa bibig, that means hindi fresh or malapit na masira yung bangus. Ingat!
Hi chef ung sa classic po na bangus Anong size po na bangus gamit nyo at ung pan po at ilang minutes po Siya e grill sa pan chef? Medyom fire lng po ba or low? Thank you po God bless 😇

I use big bangus so mga 30-35 minutes grilling in a medium fire. ☺️
