Happy New Year. I had a good time with family and friends but now truly enjoy getting back to the normal pattern of life. As a home baker, with no dreams of opening a bakery, I enjoy watching your episodes. I feel I learn technique just from watching you. Yes, I might have had vague dreams of putting a table out on the side of the road and selling bread, but I now understand even that involves so much more than I realized. Thank you for the lessons and for being there to bake with.
New here but I wanted to say that I’ve just discovered your content and I’ve been really enjoying it! I’m going to be visiting the UK for the first time this October-November and I’m really hoping I’ll have an opportunity to try your baking!

Good to see you using a Bialetti instead of those horrid Nepresso style machines (stop the Bialetti early to reduce bitterness). How was Ferrari ?

hey Lily, happy new year! i was wonder if the thin wood boards you used to transfer loaves from the oven to the counter/speed rack were anything special or what type of wood are they/where did you pick them up?

hey Lia! They came with my RM2020 oven actually and I assume they are just sanded down thin ply boards :) probably can get them in a local hardware shop!
