For the record, you don't need the 1st hopper. You can place your chests facing you, where that hopper is. This way only last 3 hoppers are needed, because the sign blocks the water flow. From what I can see, the extra hopper and placement of the chests (to the side) is just to help prevent accidental chest breaking. In addition, you can make this deeper due to player's mining reach being 5 blocks max. The crafting table is purely a marker so you know to stop mining when you see it. But place it 6 mining blocks deep and it's never needed. Meaning PC players can enable auto clicker and go AFK without worry.

I too am getting sum cobblestone

After so many like 10x the lava drops down and turns the water source into a cobblestone block. Any way to prevent this?

Just put Down Stone stairs where you put the water, place water in each stair. The stairs Will be waterlogged, meaning the watersource won’t turn into cobblestone

Why not make it 1 block deeper? I'm assuming it's because you'll never actually break the final block without a beacon, but seems an odd design choice

The max range that a player can mine when they stand on a block is 4 block infront of them, that’s why he didn’t make it deeper since you can’t mind past four blocks infront of you and the hopper infront counts as the first block of four ! At the fifth block it becomes unreachable unless you move one block forward !

@@riuphaneit might be just incase ,since a lot of people when they make the more simple cobblestone generator , they would place a crafting table behind the piece of cobblestone that would be mined , since usually a cobblestone would form before a crafting table can be mined by a picaxe, it could also be a aesthetic choice too! Im pretty sure a player can only mine up to four blocks without moving , but I could be wrong 😁

This is a completely dogshit click bait design... this is AWFUL for stone!!!! I repeat, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS FOR STONE!!!! I just ran a Silk Touch x Efficiency 5 pickaxe for 10 minutes and only got 2 stacks of stone but got 20 stacks of cobblestone.... the design is broken in 1.2 bedrock because the water doesn't always turn to stone, most times it turns to cobblestone and you waste your silk touch
