Omg this looks yummm!

I tried it, it turned out great but I changed it a bit. In the red sauce, I first sauted chopped onion, chopped green chillies and garlic, and then added ketchup. then I put every spice I had, like red chilli flakes, herbs, oregano, chilli powder, salt and pepper, vineger and soya sauce. Once of proper consistensy and desired spice level, I added shredded boiled chicken and turned the stove off. Next I made white sauce but my ratios were 3tbsp butter and 2.5 tsp maida. Also the chicken stock I got after boiling the chicken, I made milk using that stock (added powdered milk in it). Rest the procedure was same, added salt oregano and white pepper in the white sauce. When it was thick enough, i turned off the stove and added red sauce and tadaaa 😝

I have tried this recipe, Overall it was good but a bit more sweet for me because of ketchups anyways if you guys also dont want it sweet then lower the quantity of ketchups otherwise different recipe 👍🏼✅
