Imagine the killcam of those kills, they see a bomb explode and the shrapnel traveling half the map to then hit their tank and kill them.

Technically speaking it would do that I mean, that much High Explosive would produce a shockwave in that blast at 363.73 Meters renders houses uninhabitable and can cause a ground vibration of 2.36 Kilometers so basically that circle of utter death is well reasonable. Also Vehicles should be flipping at 783 meters

Not all bombers have been updated with the new system. iirc British, Italian, Swedish and Japanese planes don’t have this rework yet so are still highly vulnerable to just about anything that manages to land a few hits on the plane.

Not a very hard thing to do... Some other trees you'll just phase through like they're not there. Edit: You can skip frames with comma (,) and period (.)

All bombs are buffed now, they have removed that effect when you can survive a bomb explosion cause there's 1pixel of terrain elevation between you and bomb 😀

Personally, I think some air in ground forces is OK, but it needs to be toned down. Foe those who like planes in Ground forces, like it or not there is a sizeable number of players who think that air in ground forces is over the top. With a decent amount of the players not happy, you'd think Gaijin would try to compromise? They could easily trial a checkbox that allowed the player to choose "restricted planes" or maybe "no planes" for say 6 months then look at their precious stats to see if it's worth progressing. ("restricted" could be things like only airfield spawns, airfield further away to simulate the actual time to call in and organise and air strike. Much higher cost to spawn a plane, etc) But Gaijin don't care, over the years I played WT, air has got more and more effective, higher tiers with ATGM's on such a limited map size is ridiculous. People rarely spawn a fighter to help against enemy CAS, probably due to a lot thinking it's more fun (and needs less skill) to suicide bomb and/or revenge kill than it is to dogfight. People rarely spawn SPAA as actual anti air, as they're better utilised against ground vehicles. If you do, and there's more than one enemy plane up it's pointless (unless the enemy are brain dead) as 1... the tracers advertise your position to everyone on the map and you're an easy kill to other ground vehicles, and 2... as you're trying to get the dodgy physics to guide the rounds onto one plane, another takes you out without any risk Launching what was a high altitude anti infrastructure bomb from low altitude on a restricted map is just ludicrous. Getting killed in a tank (by a better player I guess) and within seconds you're re-incarnated into a plane, already flying and heading straight to where you know the person who took you out is. You can travel the entire battle area in seconds and know where everything is. Ludicrous.

Day 50 of asking Phly to let me take him turkey hunting. Day 30 of asking Phly to let me take him deer hunting. Day 10 of asking Phly to let me take him dove hunting.

Man, killing any plane with a tank shell is a challenge. The smoke shells have a stupidly low velocity too. Its not a fun challenge and I doubt it would make for good content. I respect your tenacity to post the comment every day but I don't think he's ever going to do it

I feel like if you just dropped it on their spawn mid game it would probably just completely smash anything nearby. Put a long fuse on and you basically have a way to wait out people’s spawn protection and everything.

I'm not so sure if it's the initial blast that's the problem, but the shrapnel. Or rather, the shrapnel is fine, but I've noticed (partiuclarly while in Chirchill with its huge tracks) that shrapnel will pierce *EVERYTHING.* I've had sub-90 AP rounds hit my tracks (which are 30mm or so) and then magically continue through the sprocket (50mm+) AND the outer plating AND the inner plating and THEN trigger the shrapnel, only for the shrapnel to pen the thickest part of the gun mantlet (105mm non angled - but it is VERY concave) and then proceed to kill every single crew like small heat seeking missiles. There's also rounds that should overpen/overmatch that magically triggers off empty air behind the crew after it has passed through any front plating (like the Ho-Ni I), then magically trigger shrapnel the OPPOSITE way (backwards) straight into all the crew. Anyways ballistics aside, it appears shrapnel will pierce almost everything and anything. The Pe-8 bomb has a LOT of shrapnel.

Phly can you use the regular M26 well you did but it was like 5 years ago I will finally have an excuse to play with the british

@@GielL96 There are a few that very rarely appear that are related to achieving level 3 or 4 on most play or other apps like that, and I found that Yahtzee was the app that gave the highest points return, so I played that and leveled up to 4 on mistplay in about an hour. Claimed it in the free GE app and they were in my account in about 3 minutes
