A very thematically appropriate matchup. A lot of Star Wars draws inspiration from WW2 weapons and tactics so to see the WW2 powers set themselves up against The Empire is some delightful fanservice. Very well done my dude, very well done.

The problem with Star Wars v IRL anything is the dissonance between narrative and shown. We are TOLD via the narrative, how powerful much of the empires weapon system are, how its star destroyers can glass whole planets, how the Storm Trooper Armor is advance beyond earthly means. But then we are SHOWN, through the actual media, how weak and ineffective those same weapons are, how Star Wars most advance star fighters are, in atmosphere, woefully unmaneuverability, lacking in BVR abilities or defenses, how storm trooper armor is incapable of protecting their wearers from weapons considered hundreds of years obsolete here on earth or even from minor blunt impact. Narrative Star Wars is dangerous af. Theatrical Star Wars is like rolling over a 16th century feudal army with glow sticks.

@@holyname2925 What we often see in the films often means that a WW2 Era military can wipe the floor with an Imperial invasion force if given sufficient equipment and supply

Yooo can you do a Japanese Banzai Charge and Chinese Human wave attack against entrenched Imperial forces, that'll be fun to watch.

Loved the video @Cinematic NPC! Can't wait for the next video man! Not Necessarily the Battle I was Expecting, but it looks like the German, Polish and Possibly even the Soviet Governments might be getting ready to go into Exile right now. The Galactic Empire has now Opened up a Second Front right in Eastern Europe and has just Trounced the Allied Armies of The United States, Great Britain, Germany and the Soviet Union in an Attempt to Contain an Imperial Scout Trooper Battalion with an Imperial TX-130T Saber Tank Company and 3 AT-AT Walkers in Support. Go so into the Battle that I didn't smash the Like Button until 7:45 LMAO! How Heavy were the Imperial casualties? The 3 AT-AT's did their job well and Somehow Survived, but an Imperial Tank Company has 14 or 15 Tanks will a Trooper Battalion will have 4 Companies of 144 Troopers. Each Company has 4 Platoons of 36 Troopers and each Platoon has 4 Squads of 9 Troopers, all for a Grand Total of 576 Troopers in any Infantry Battalion, in this case, Scout Troopers.

I wonder could you mix a cold war mod with the Star Wars Mod? I think humanity might have a better chance.

If you save the game as a mission too, it'll remove the land filled trenches, etc.

Barely a victory for the Empire, they lost most of their infantry and vehicles. A few grenades at 7:28 would have lead to a victory for us.

It baffles me why do. the AT-ATs near the tank obstacles not step over them and did not provide covering fire when they breached the defenses.

Probably because it is just a skin and the basic coding/mechanics is the same as regular ground vehicles so it cannot actually walk over the defenses.

I did this battle while in F2, so that the trenches look good use F3, save as and then load the game so that all the craters and trenches do not have that texture ....

I think it would be better for the world war 2 soldiers to just put mortars, tanks and soldiers inside since the outside was crushed in an instant plus the galactic empires tanks cant get pass Plus i love ur content on Starwars vs earth I want to see star wars vs Warhammer 40k too i hope i can do that

These original AT-ATs are alot different then the dumb box shaped ones with sticks for legs Iron Gaming 40k uses.

These AT-ATs are from the Galaxy at War mod, which is not compatible with ASV mods like Ultimate Warhammer 40k. The Ultimate Star Wars mod that is compatible is still in development so maybe in the future it will also have original AT-ATs

@@cinematicnpc Oh they are from completed different mods? That explains alot. I guess that could explain why in Irongaming 40k's Star Wars are so weak in comparison to Warhammer 40k. Because I was really wondering "was Star Wars always that weak?" Because in his video a Terminatior can kill 500 clone troopers without a problem and a Space Marine can kill 100 clone troopers without dying, something wasn't feeling right about those results, that much.

@@thorshammer7883 I think any mods are weak against Warhammer. The developers made it, well, very accurate in terms of damage I think (I don't know much about the Warhammer universe). But in the editor you can always give more life to some units if you want.

@@cinematicnpc In battles I seen sometimes Star Wars factions though they suffer the worse casualties they normally are able to kill some Space Marines even with infantry. More then what happens in the battles I see now where Space Marines suffer no casualties against such high number nor signs of one of them near low health after absorbing suppressive fire from a 1000 blaster bolts every 10 seconds.
