1:36 JUST PUNCH HIM IN THE FACE! Funniest line in all of video games, hands down! And I know all of you don't do the "left left right left" attack strategy to lower damage by knocking Erginus down, so you just alternate attack clicks.

Imagine how good this game is if they got bigger budget

@@spankg888 I mean yes but they can improve animation,visuals, more destruction (explosion wise) ....but I agree consoles cannot achieve those things from before now we have ps5 so I’m pretty sure the next edf will be more better..no hate I love this game so much

I don’t think budget has anything to do with it😂

This segment along with Godzilla ps4(aesthetics), Bulk Slash(aesthetics), Virtua On(feel), ZOE(feel), and Another Century Episode(juice)has been a big inspiration for my game dev journey especially for the gameplay half of my current visual novel.

By far the highlight of the mid game. Going full pacific rim is so awesome.

Whoever made this game deserves a raise

Balam looks to have more force and hits in his punches than the Barga in the latest EDF5.

Barga actually does more damage and has more attacks, but i still like balam more, it just looks so cool!

​​​​​@@Sorinoirbecause lorewise. Balam was a military model, it was designed to go mano-a-mano against the biggest thing they can throw at you. At that time Earth still has the capability to create such models Bargas is a retrofitted Civilian Loader. No manufacturing company is big enough and EDFs budget has been cut to build more Balams, so they have to improvise. Then EDF 6 came around and put the "Rule of God" cannons on Bargas. Not much budget, not much support, not enough manpower, but EDF has yet to run out of the will to fight. Earth will not fall, the invaders will fall first before it does.

Pro tip: you can skip the get up animation by spaming the taunt animation.

You can't even hear the Rush track playing in the background over the explosions. WHAT'S YOUR VOLUME EVEN SET TO XD!

I played mission 3 on hardest and I got the walking fortress balam so try mission 3 on hardest and you will eventually get one.

I got balance on mission 1 on hard and got balam first time

sucks that you don't get the giant mech in 5, unless i just haven't unlocked it

No you still get Giant Unloader Barga it's still a pretty high level drop

You can get it from level 101 and further on hard (you can't play hardest and inferno from the start) while in edf 4.1 you can get balam even on mission 1 on hard

Balam should have a stomp attack.

how do you get Balam?

You can have one in this mission with any class or it's a regular vehicule equipment for the Air Raider. The first one is lv20, You can drop it or the stronger models around mission 80+ in easy and normal mode and in any mission from hard to inferno difficulty.

Mission 2 or 3 in hard mode with a Vegalta in a first time and if you drop a better Vegalta, you can try these missions in hardest. The firsts missions in hardest can drop weapons from 0 to lv 50.
