Alfa Romeo is the hardest team to start with on the grid in this years edition of F1 Manager, as such we will doing our best to survive and be allowed to stay until season 2.
This video will be focusing on the development aspect of the team, until we get into a position where we can start fighting for points in the races. We reached this point way sooner than anticipated, and we are able to reliably get points by Miami...

Thanks man. I followed your upgrades and I got Bottas P1 in Miami in first year (partly because of Verstappen crash)
Watch out for free agents in the staff right at the Start of next season. I got Diego tondi for free, he was not interested end of decembre when he was at Ferrari. But they dumped him
If you want to make it more interesting to watch one idea could be to run different strategies for the two drivers. This race Bottas could have been on the aggressive 2 stopper with Zhou on the more conservative 1 stopper.

Loving all the series! Very good stuff. Just wanted to say you weren't bugged about the sponsorship for Q3 because you promised both drivers to make it and Bottas didn't. Just to be helpful so we don't conflate how many bugs the game already has. (I really hate to be that guy but I've been seeing people saying "it's a bug" when they just forgot about what they setup/promised earlier in the save and I really want to keep as much good momentum going for this franchise so they extend it past next year).

@@NeroBax No worries mate. Don't want to seem aggressive or like a "gotcha" person because I've binged all your videos except the McLaren save so far and they've been really helpful. It's the only mistake I've caught in all of the hours you've put in to helping me and so many others with learning and enjoying this game. Keep up the amazing work dude!

Nah don't worry about that. Mistakes happen at some point or another and it is a good thing it gets pointed out like this to be honest. Thank you, will try but work is probably going to slow me down over the coming weeks :)
On my Alfa save I got 6th 6th 2nd 2nd on constructors and just won the drivers in season four with lando, coming for the double in season 5

Without crashes it is not so hard to climb up. But imagine getting a big crash when you just installed key upgrades and opened a brand new set of PU...

Certainly didn't happen in my own Alfa playthrough, and certainly not a few times either... *sigh*
Imo alfa this year is like Aston last year in the first year of a career mode.

I got 4th with AMR on 22 with alonso and gasly as the drivers
Does each upgrade compound on top of one another every time?

Not sure what you mean, if you mean car upgrades the next one will generally be slightly better than the one before yes.
Just wanted to let you know that there is no bug with the Q3 thing you accidentally made it so both drivers would reach Q3 37:56
