I think i am going for these. 3s are fairly high up there for me out of the OG models. The leather quality looks pretty good on the Dark Iris' and it is a different purple than we typically get. I would have preferred a slightly darker / court purple but these are still clean and a nice summer sneaker. And likely with not much resale on these , no hesitation to wear them right away ; and I am not a reseller anyway. The 3s i have my eyes on the most in 2022 are the Fire Reds , hope to cop at least one of those but i think i am going to give these a try as well. Passed on the Concord 5s which i also liked , to take a look at the Dark Iris 3s in hand.

These are clean. But in my opinion, I will pass on these since I have an un worn pair of Court Purple 13's for my purple fix. Plus we have OG Fire Red 3's coming out soon.

I got these and the Desert Elephants and I am satisfied with both pairs. Although I am biased as Jordan 3s are my favorite Jordan Retro of all time.

Quality on these are pretty good! not too buttery but good enough, can’t complain about these! I put yellow laces in mine to give it the Kobe pack look as well n they look fire.

I Love the touch of Purple..will have them for my collection even with the Fire Red 3s coming... to your dismay, sold Cardinal 3s to make room for Fire Red 3s and these snuck up on me..must cop!!!

I initially bought the Cardinals on release weekend than found out a few day later we are getting the Fire Red 3 I ended up selling up 20 dollars more than retail to get rid of them didn't need to similar shoes

I'm glad I copped the Desert Elephants over these. They should have been court purple for sure.

I still like the Cardinal Red and Desert Elephant 3s, imo, over these but it’s not a bad pair. Definitely agree that having the purple be an accent color makes any shoes look better.

​@@CAM62633 the fire reds might be better simply because they are OG colorway but they're not better than the Cardinals as far as looks and even material quality and even the paint they used on the Cardinals midsole is like a special paint that doesn't get used on many 3's it feels and looks like shiny car paint.

The desert elephant is not even close to the quality of these of dark Iris 3's the material on those desert elephants is the worst material ever used. Ppl were literally returning then becuz of the materials. The material on these dark iris 3's is some 9f the best I have seen in years. Cardinals are one of my faves

Take the color way lay out of the jordan 3 cardinal red with any of the OG’s 1-14 in any starburst candy color will be explosive in white or black.

The mud guard that wraps around is actually synthetic and not leather. I've watched other videos that have deconstructed the 3 and uncovered that it is synthetic. Also I'm an armed services retiree and polish my AJ 3 to both protect and enhance the appearance of my 3's and the mud guard doesn't take to the wax and shine as it should like actual leather materials.
