Nice looking shoes but still struggling to wear my two 5s enough times to justify getting another. But they look good though. They do give me an idea though. I'd like the 13s with the dark concord color blocking. That would be interesting. The materials have to be good though or else what a waste that would be.

Totally agree with on you on the “Nike Air” branding specifically for original colorways. Great review, and these will be a must have for me. I’ll add these to the 2016 “Metallics” and 2020 “Fire Reds.” 👌🏾

Sometimes also you have to go off of your own opinion because what somebody else might not like you might like and think it's a great shoe

I was 9 years old in 1990 and the Nike Air Jordan 5 was the first pair of nice basketball shoes my parents bought me. I've never bought a retro pair of Jordans but I'm going to pick these up. I've been in love with this shoe for 32 years. This is the best looking colorway I've ever seen on the 5. Gorgeous shoe.

I just got me a pair today. So happy with them. The Concord really looks good. Doesn’t look over done or outlandish. Classic, subtle color way.

Did you get true to size?

I like the shoe but I have to pass on it, I've bought too many shoes recently and I buy shoes to wear, not to sell so I'm in for the long haul on whatever pairs I hit on. I have about 20 pairs and these will last me for a while.

Dude I've got like 60 pairs and honestly is hard to stop buying new releases.. even though mine's are all personal ..and I'm just wear them like every week in my days off from work !!

Feel you 100%. I’ve bought quite a few new additions this year, especially when the market was crashed & I could get pairs for a lot cheaper. Trust me I would rock those, but then I’d have to look at my shoe collection in the corner & go “do I REALLY need/want them?” & do I wanna drop another 200 plus on sneakers?

I also love it when JB uses iconic colorways on different models. These are fire 🔥. Can’t wait to get mine.

What a killer review of a banger sneaker! Totally convinced me to drop some low keys bids for this bad boy and accidentally ended up picking up 2 on bid (goat and stockX), hey the price wasn't bad so looks like I'll have one pair for the toe and one to keep on ice- I rarely ever double up like that. Keep up the awesome work you two!! You're the best on the tubes.

Fr I don’t get how people think the racer blue look better then these considering they dropped around the same time and there selling over retail while these are retail/below retail

I've been eyeing these since the image initial release. These are a definite cop, especially after the review.

Got ‘em 😁 5s’ are probably my all time favorite. Just laced ‘em up. They look so good on feet too. Classic color blocking. These are 🔥🔥 They just did a re-release on a few pairs the other day too. The red thunder 4s’ were gone by the time I saw it (kinda salty) but I ended up grabbing the racer blue 5s’. I like these Concords more but those will be great for fall/winter

These are so clean 🔥 I’m hoping people continue to sleep on 5’s Nike air should be on originals only when they brought it to collabs is what killed it

Gave my dad a pair of 5's today and he was like great I'm gonna use these for pistol shooting 🤣. Flat base and good ankle support so guess it makes sense.

I got these shoes and I can say theses shoes feel comfortable and I like da color everything about the shoes is just good and that white and purple on that shoe go hard

Thank you for the early review 5’s being my favorite silhouette these are a must cop for me, totally agree with you on the original color blocking just changing the colors or bringing in colors from other models, that’s when Jordan brand is at there best in my opinion. Of all my Jordans the 5s are the most comfortable. I have the Top 3s J5 and I did the purple lace swap to match the tongue. They look dope. I also own the Shattered Backboards. Super comfy also. I don't mind the shoe lace tie. Adds a little kick to them. Not practical but that's fine. You guys rock keep up the good work!

You folks are the best! Was on the fence about these and the Desert Elephant but watching your vids convinced me to get the DE's... I'm with you on the quality hard to pay $200 for synthetic shoe's...materials have to be up to par...now I think I'ma grab these as well 😁 #ManyBlessings

Love how the shoe looks & love the simplicity of the colorway. I’ve bought a lot of pairs this year & last year, & I’m at that point where I need to start drawing a line on if I absolutely need them in my collection or if I should let them pass. Hate to say, but I might let these pass me by.

I like the Jordan 5s Concorde also Concord color shoe strings with a gave them a pop of color

I’ve always loved 5’s I just ran across these on the Champs website. I pulled the trigger. They will be great to wear during the spring/summer time. I wear certain shoes for certain seasons. I feel sorry for the shoes I see on people who rock them through rain, sleet, snow, or shine. I saw a dude with Cherry 11’s while the rain was down pouring. Anyway thanks for the great reviews. I’m glad I made a good choice today. Can’t wait to get a hold of em!!!

I love these ! I should be getting them in the mail tomorrow . I didn't know the tongue was the shiny 3M material . I wasn't expecting that so that's a pleasant surprise . I can't wait to get them on my feet 😊

I'd love to get a pair. But after the soles of my jordans fell apart despite not being used much, jordan brand should get better materials that lasts longer for collectors

I personally love the shoe, it's a great idea, their pretty comfy, I went up half size and it was a great choice

I’m a sucker for original style color blocking with switching the accent colors. Still looks like a 5 but has that 11 colors which looks so good. I don’t mind Jumpman on the back because this isn’t an OG colorway and Nike Air should only be on OG colorways.

Nike Air should only be on the OG colorsways other wise its corny. But like you said its put on too much crap. I remember for years when it was just the Jumpman logo. Everyone wanted the "Nike Air" logo then they brough it back. But too much is overkill.

I honestly don't care too much about the back tab logo. If the colorway is fire, the logo is one of the last things I worry about.

These are under retail but the j5 racer blue are selling for 250ish. IMO the concord look way nicer/clean. Surprised a lot of people didn’t grab them/still available to purchase for a while

If these were AJ37 folks would say they are ugly...the last few Jordans habe been nice and will be apreciated 10 years from now...hoopers know they are nice but the AJ36 low is a nice shoe to rock off the court imo

Feel like with whites 5, 4’s etc I have to go down half a size because the crease is so noticeable on white . When I get black I usually get true to size .

Good thing they used the original style colorblocking for a new cw on a retro. These turned out really well. 👌🏽 I agree, for the price that they are asking for right now, they should really use good quality materials.

I don’t think Jordan 5 comes with extra laces. I have 3 pairs of recent Jordan 5 releases. None have come extra laces like my 1s and 12s
