Nice guys! Wasn't so sure you guys are real at the beginning. But, can tell you're the real deal now. FYI, might already know it. You know the males have a gland vein that runs down inside of there back legs. Make sure you cut that out, like you would be deboning another piece of the precious meat. Anyways, Love it when any of us, show we know what we're doing and care about what we're doing. Love it!

Helpful hint. When you pull the deer up make you Y cuts on the legs. Then cut the tail thru to hide and start enough skinning to place a small rock on hair side. Tie rope to ATV make double loop and place over the rock and let the ATV pull skin off. Will be faster than reading this plus the cleanest way to skin a deer plus no dulled knives. This is no joke. Try it from an old deer hunter

I like the smaller deer, better tasting. I bone it all at once and grind 2 passes 2 pound packs in the freezer. My hanging and skinning looks the same as yours.

Good idea to field dress and camp with a portable electric bear fence. 2.4 lbs for peace of mind and a good night’s sleep.
