Oolong tea is what you would drink at a chinese restaurant usually. Where as black tea is usually like Lipton for example. I love Earle Grey tea.

Same! I love that shade of yellow. I also love the texture the bigger pieces of tea gives the bottom layer 😍

I would have loved to have seen a lemon slice on top as more of a nod to the lemon. I drink Earl Grey Tea with lemon every morning to start my day. But great swirly soap

I like it too. The color scheme works. If I went into a store, I would be the one to buy the herbal soap with muted colors. I'd admire the rest but walk out with this one.

I love the muted colours in this soap, even the tan (it"s like tea with milk). I think a bright yellow would really change the spa-like feel of the aesthetic to something less appealing.

I just placed my first order ever this month for like 10 bars, because shipping is cost prohibitive if I'm ordering just 1 or 2, so I thought I'd stock up for maybe the next year, but earl grey is my hubby's favourite!! We're both huge tea geeks.

@@megans7504 FYI, a bar of her soap lasts me about 5-6 months, same for my wife. So 10 bars would last us 2.5 years! (we've got 5 in our closet waiting!)

Am I the only one that loves that yellow color? I love how muted it is. When I hear “earl grey” I think of more muted colors. 😍😍 I love the soap and the look of it!!

Like bob Ross says "There are no mistakes just happy little accidents". Also in regards to comparing Oolong to Black tea. There are 2 different kinds of Oolong light and dark. Dark Oolong is the more deep, rich and intense of the 2 due to the fermenting process. I'm pretty sure Dark Oolong beats black tea hands down when it comes to the intensity of flavour.

Love this soap. The yellow is perfect and bleeding is no big deal. This is a very elegant look. Don’t change a thing💜

I love the way this turned out, the yellow goes with the earthy tones in the rest of the soap.

That yellow adds an elegance to the soap that a yellower yellow won't have. I think this is a beautiful soap just as it is. 😊 As for tea...strong, black and sweet! You know who makes a good Earl Gray? Disneyland! Alice in Wonderland tins. So delightful!

Also companies like Skillshare and Bluprint are really amazing, there's so much to be learned in the world. You mentioned in this video talking to the soap because it has a mind of it's own. As a baker, when I train newbies, I always like to say that they'll know when they're truly a baker when they talk to their breads and pastries. 😂
