I don't believe any more moves are coming. Honestly, they are letting that money roll over to next year, I really believe Zack baun is going to be the LB next to Devin White. The signs are all there with Zack baun they have been getting a really good look at baun since Ota's he's been 1st team next to white for a while now so I think vic is very high on baun he's no special teamer i think alot of fans just assumed he couldn't play OLB, plus nakobe dean is gone he's no green dot LB he's more of a weak side LB plus vic fangio is going to play the best LBs there is no favoring of players in vic scheme, honestly I love that!

This is a little off topic. But i love see B Dawk on the golf course enjoying retirement. Hes earned hes loved forever in Philly and he is very involved in the organization to this day. I believe when he gets the itch to get back on the grid iton we welcome him with open arms as a coach. I think his intensity would translate welk to coaching. Im just waiting for the day he gets bored and wants a new challenge. Hope to see the day hes back on our sidelines

Reddick knows the Jets are going nowhere

I'm not big on CJ like everyone else is...hes a ballhawk, and he brings a lot of fire and trash talking but he is not a safety that will stick his nose in there and tackle. He'll make business decisions and whiff on tackles. He goes for the big hit when he has the advantage but i think you need a thumper in there...like Brown next to him...Blankenship isnt that big and hes more so a nickel safety, than a startling safety. I think Sydney Brown is going to be a stud once you give him a chance, and he stays healthy.

People not gonna like it. But I feel like dean will be traded this year.

If you go back to other Eagles content creators' videos where they are crying about the Reddick trade and how we got fleeced, you will see comments from me saying what you just said but most people didn't want to hear it at that time. I don't know if people can see I'm a woman or they just don't like what I'm saying but I view football not only from an x and o standpoint but also from a player mindset perspective. I think most men forget the human aspect when they are evaluating situations. You can look at how a person moves to know some things about them. I knew Reddick wasn't going to be ok with not having a new deal and he wanted way more than he is worth at this age. I just thought the Jets were willing to do it because they have a 40 year old qb and know that have to win right now so they will pay him since he is more proven than Huff. Now, I see they may have thought they could get away with no giving him a deal and he would just play without this drama. Howie is not stupid. That is all he could get for Reddick because nobody wanted to pay him what he wants.

Curious developments on H.R but not a big deal... at least, not yet. Roseman always looks for value so consider that H.R had 11 sacks last season followed by Carter and Sweat at 6 a piece. Perhaps the vision ISNT for Huff to replace those 11 sacks but for the whole unit to exceed last years pressure/sack totals. Do we value one guy hitting 10-plus sacks or multiple guys hitting 5-7. And BTW, there was speculation from some of the beat reporters that MAYBE the Birds saw an injury related dropoff... who knows but its obvious that a big ticket contract extension for a 30 yr old edge wasnt the direction the front office and coaching staff have in mind. We shall see.

Each defensive play consists of specific roles that each player needs to fill for the integrity of the play to stay intact. Some players need to rush the QB, some people need to plug running lanes, some people need to stay in second level running lanes, some people need to cover zones or specific receivers. Any breakdown by any individual player can have a chain reaction that causes breakdowns along the other facets and/or leaves open opportunity for the offense to get a big chunk play. Chasing sacks means rushing the QB on plays where he was supposed to be responsible for a player or zone, leaving that player or zone wide open and causing the players around him to compensate and potentially break down in their own duties, leaving the defense as a whole more vulnerable. Haason Reddick in general is a very overrated player on the Eagles team.

The Eagles let Reddick who never abandoned his assignment and who was a very sound an versatile player walk for no reason, right? And I'm pretty sure there is evidence of him chasing sacks if there was concern inside the Eagles organization... Regardless, I am glad Reddick is gone if he's going to give another team problems about his contract.

Jets fans here... 1) We let Huff walk cuz he plays 33% of the snaps, too small to play the run & wanted starter money.... Huff thrived in his role & its yet to be seen if he can handle be a 3 down DE... he's pass rush specialist at the moment 2) Reddick, we know he wants a new deal but we have the leverage, we want to pay him, they talked about it with his agent before the trade, ill wait to see if doesnt show up to mandatory camp before it becomes a concern 3) Everything NOT a fleece, yall got Huff we got Hassan, we got two 3rd round picks so even if its a 1 yr rental its not big deal... and to call it a Fleece when Douglas & Howie worked in the same building together is dumb af, it means ur a fan boy, both players server their purpose to rheir respective teams...we want a proven star, yall want a young rising star... leave it at that

Huff played 42% of the snaps last year and I doubt he'll struggle increasing to about 70% of the snaps. Given that he's a 255 lb edge rusher. One thing about Reddick is that he's elite against bad competition and he is literally a no show against good tackles. He hasn't even recorded a pressure or a sack against a good tackle in 3 years. If you guys wanted someone who's going to beat the best of the best, Reddick is not your guy. Huff on the other hand has beaten and gotten sacks against all pro tackles consistently. So he's someone who will best just about any competition. Also, given the Jets heavy rotation, Reddick probably won't see more than 60% of the snaps. Which at that point is a waste. Because he's not someone who will consistently get pressures or hurries.
