Love the choice of music, brings out the feel of this video. The montage of photos at the beginning was wonderful. Her usage of the spear is just amazing and her prowess at locking and utilizing Chin Na is beyond words.
I especially love the photos from the beginning. She lived the life of a character out of a 70s Kung Fu movie, I like to know that such a person exists :)
Great structure and form in every area! Powerful spear technique to boot. So lovely to see a Female lineage holder too!
A fine example of achieving perfection through lifelong dedication to both philosophical ideals and a physical regimen like no other. I salute you, Master Lau!
I studied with her and Kalman Wong back in the 90s. Awesome teacher, great sense of humor, utterly dedicated to her art, and the last person I'd ever want to fight, despite the fact that I'm almost three times her size.

Lily Lau, ela é sinistra mesmo! Melhor Grandmaster
She quite clearly knows her stuff. All that was a thousand times better than watching someone work through katas.
Parabéns Mestra, você é muito talentosa.

Amazing woman!
A respectful lady.

@kuntybollex essa não é uma simples sifu ela é uma si tai kon, responsavel pelo garra de aguia no mundo
@eldes - not exactly, the inch punch as made famous by Bruce Lee because of Wing Chun, but all chinese kungfu can incorporate this energy. Some emphasize this more than others, we call it fa ging, or ging power. Short explosive power
main theme from last of the mohicans
What is the music?
This is a true Gung Fu Sifu.
amazing woman indeed!
What is the name of the song starting at 0:18 ???

should learn using claws/palms/chops/back fists/ albows, as one blow to your opponents throat can mean the end of story
Thank you Sifu Lau. Don't let Eagle clae die. Support TCMA!
Grea! It was a wing chun's "one inch punch" that I saw there?
