E92 335i n54 cold start spluttering problem? (FIXED, WAS THE HIGH PRESSURE FUEL PUMP

2008 e92 335i n54 cold start spluttering and eventually limp mode. Will go back to normal having restarted car a few times. Any help is greatly appreciated!! Hpfp or bad injectors? Fuck knows 🤔 maybe unrelated but car also loses power when flooring it and makes a REALLY bad noise.
FINALLY GOT ROUND TO GETTING IT FIXED 1 YEAR LATER, WAS THE HPFP. HOPE THIS HELPS X

This is what mine is doing right now! Then the check engine light comes on then the fan turns on as well

@@Gu3ssWhoki113dU1 did you fix it?? I'm going to attempt the replacement for it as soon as I get the part....A lot of informative videos out there to troubleshoot the codes and DIY.

David G No I have not I want to do more diagnostics on it to make sure that’s really the problem before I buy anything

@@Gu3ssWhoki113dU1 great point... before buying the wireless MHD tune and the license ...I changed the battery, coil packs, spark plugs, speed sensors, oil, power steering fluid ....now I have the codes to determine it's the fuel pump...anything I'm doing is now preventative maintenance lol....Good Luck man hope you get it fixed!

David G nice, yea i would’ve gotten the part already but that’s a expensive part to take a guess on
had you metal shavings inside common rail and injectors because of hpfp wear ?
Have you got enough tread on your tires?
My car does this but it doesn’t stall out it just sputters when I’m sitting still maybe at 800 rpm under the 1000 mark , but if I continue to drive with foot on the gas lightly it’ll drive fine but once I gas it starts sputtering bad could that be the hpfp?

my car is doing the same Jb4 intake chargepipe with bov new sparks My car sputters on cold starts and warm starts. I also have misfires in all my cylinders

Still yet to find out.. no garage has a definitive answer yet, some say hpfp others say leaky injectors.. or it could be hpfp or lpfp sensors.
