It's basically a way of reprioritizing your life, but it doesn't mean that you are completely abandoning the other goals you were working on. If you feel a bit spread thin or scattered in life, have the courage to put certain areas of your life on pause so that you can give your main priorities the time, energy, and attention it deserves! 👍
