@@takashi0100 It sounds nothing like that song. It at least VAGUELY sounds like No Remorse, but not really enough to be more than an inspiration. I'm sick of people thinking they've "cracked the code" by noticing two completely different songs sound vaguely similar in some way. Ripping off another song has to sound a LOT closer than every single example I've seem people claim about this game.

In the first age, when Jules lived alone, he teamed up with ToxicxEternity. And the stalkers of the umbral plains who felt their sick licks named them...pretty wicked cool dudes.

I like the idea of kinda just jamming off of the main riff. I've always agreed that there isn't much to add in a metal cover of what is already among the most iconic metal riffs - this take adds just enough new to be fun without falling off the rails.

I love EVERYTHING about this cover. The tones are great, you can even hear the bass and it gives off the exact vibe of the original midi. Simply amazing

Jules, you have outdone yourself. This is probably among the best renditions of the original E1M1 theme I’ve ever heard. It perfectly captures the essence of the original Doom. I would not be surprised if someone used this cover in a GZDoom mod that changes the music of the game. Kudos to you, sir!

There's a myriad of E1M1 covers on the internet, but this is by far the best I've ever heard. Great job guys! You Ripped & Teared it to pieces! Definitely will be enjoying this for quite some time.

I just finished listening and this is worthy of some sort of music award. I've loved Doom's music ever since day one. I've heard a lot of covers and this one in particular is brilliant by all measures. The first part yall fuckin NAILED the original and then went straight into your own creation. Tuning down and slightly slower tempo with the strings in the background captured the dark atmosphere of the game afterwards returned to the roots a bit, the solos were really cool and unique while still keeping the vibe, I mean there's too much to say actually, bass, drums, mixing all sounded great and with their own quirks.. but when it finished off with that last arpeggio to hit the switch and complete the level shit my looming nostalgia bomb exploded, I legit teared up and had to grab a tissue. 11/10 will do again. For real dudes really incredible job, the best cover I've heard of this song in my whole life. Thank you
