Do you crumble the biscuit before putting the gravy on or just do each half of a biscuit? I've heard you can always tell someone from Appalachia because we crumble up the biscuit before putting gravy on it. I've actually done both but prefer to crumble. LOL.

People nowdays have no idea what customer service actually is, apparently it's not taught to new hires in any place anymore, it's very sad and definately a lost art. Very sad! Thank you for showing a grimpse of things should be or used to be.

I love the Old Country Store atmosphere.. reminds me of my childhood grandfather's Farm old farm.. in New Hope/ gleanings Kentucky sitting around wood stove picking and poking ...buying kids candy.. all the Nostalgia old school things on the wall they even had chunks of coal to throw in the stove.... and who doesn't love Miss Tiffany's country smile.. and delicious country cooking

@@algernon5776 I wanna say it's called R.M.Brooks General Store it's in TN for sure! I'll edit & lyk in a few! It's 2830 Rugby Hwy, Robbins, TN right beside of the Grey Gables B&B (both have excellent reviews & her B&B is only $170 a ngt too! U get a home cooked Breakfast & Supper too so its a 2-4-1 in my eyes!

Wow biscuits and gravy boy does that bring back memories when I was served in the Marine Corps in the military back in the early 1980s we used to get biscuits and gravy and I miss that with some scrambled eggs sounds so very yummy and delicious

I love your spirit Tiffany, I love your store and your food looks delicious. You get to spend time with the locals, the same ones in most cases everyday. You've got the whole package going on and you can tell you enjoy all of it. If I was local to this area I would be eating here all the time. I've only seen a couple videos of you and your store and I'm impressed. Going to go search out the other episodes.

I used to catch the school bus in the early 1970’s at an old general store in Caldwell County Kentucky. You don’t see many of these stores anymore.

I Absolutely love this Store !One day i will get to See Tiffany & all wonderful workers . When i was growing up with a smaller then RM Brooks they didn't serve food there,they just had food products to buy ,it was Family like in my corner store. RM Brooks Store brings back of the stores of long ago. Thank you God bless you all Ps. Im from Western NY

We have a couple of brown gravy types, white gravy (I make mine with bits of breakfast sausage), and some Italians call red tomato sauce gravy. Yes, do visit the American south.

You put some flour in the skillet with the leftover sausage grease (after frying sausage) and a little milk and just keep stirring it until it takes on the right consistency. Put it over some biscuits along with some eggs, bacon, sausage or whatever and enjoy. I'm getting hungry just thinking about it!

I’d love to see a story on Defeated Tennessee and Difficult Tennessee! That would be cool, explore the communities & talk to the folks down there, see if you can figure out why the towns got those names! Thanks John
