i like to use thin flexible(ish) extruded carbon fiber bars (4x1x500mm roughly) and hot glue them on the leading edges of flexiable foam wing serfaces and it can add a bit of regidity to them and help protext them too, might be good to get some for that tail fin if its a bit too flexiable, it would bend nicely added some strength
