Hello, I recently purchased the ERJ Family Pack. I installed the patch for X-Plane 12 and it seems like it doesn't work. The planes don't show up in the aircraft selection menu. Any help from the developer please.

Hi! All you have to do is tick the "Show aircraft for older versions of X-Plane option, which is in the Flight Configuration in X-Plane, right below the Search field

I've a question. Do you have a Ground Handling tool for the all the new Embraers, so the E170, 175, 190 and 195?

Hi! We do not have any new native ground handling, but you should be able to use other 3rd party ground handling add-ons.

@@basic_chrisyt9742 I found a set for SAM Ground Service here: forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/files/file/86786-x-crafts-e-jets-sam-ground-service-preset-x-plane-12/ But you'll have to search online, we only provide the aircraft, so any other configuration files for 3rd party add-ons will have to be created by some 3rd party creator.

Hey! In a distant future possibly. But right now, we want to focus on improving the E-Jets E1 and ERJs as much as possible. We want to be able to always provide the most authentic experience of flying these jets and there are many areas in which we can still get better. So that is the plan for the next few years. Plus there isn't enough information out there that would allow us to create them at this level either.

How much will this plane cost?

You have to use X-Plane 11 for the Free E175 and E195. If you use XP12, you may try to use the Default FMS which might be more stable.

It is at the back of the pedestal. if you click in the middle of the screen, I think that it should open a pop up version of it, but it might not. Sorry, I never used the default FMS

Dude I bought the X crafts E-145 for X-Plane 12 and every time I put the activation code in and click activate, the sim crashes. I’ve redownloaded multiple times. Reopened the sim and tried over and over again. Please help. I am a mac xplane 12 users if that info helps

Hi, you'll need to allow the plugins to run, and you will need to run X-Plane 12 with Rosetta. Both are simple actions explained here: www.xcrafts.com/mac However, if you have a brand new mac, there may currently be an issue that we are working on. There seems to be an issue with the ERJs and brand new macs with Apple Silicon chips, but we are working on figuring this out right now. If we cannot find a solution in due time, we will of course offer you a refund. I'm really sorry for that, but new Macs seem to have introduced this issue.

@@xcrafts_development I know what you mean when you say "allow", I do that the first time I load the plane up after installing, then reopen it. still isn't working. I'm on intel processor i9, not the M1/M2.

@@ThatDude2FlyNetworks Ok, please come to our Tech Support forum, forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/180847-erj-family-tech-support/ and upload your Log.txt file that was generated after the crash. That's the only way we will be able to see what is causing the crash on your system.

Lee, I'm sorry but I cannot guess what you see on your screen, so unless you explain what the problem you are encountering is, I won't be able to help. That's like going to a mechanic and saying that the car doesn't work, but not saying anything else. Or going to a doctor and saying that you are sick but not telling the doctor what your symptoms are. I'd love to help, I'm pretty certain that our plane is not broken and it is more likely that something was missed in your workflow, otherwise we would have hundreds of other people telling us the same. So please, explain exactly what you clicked on, and what happened or did not happen, and then I'll be very happy to help you.
