Wow, you are the most transparent developer in the community. I am very impressed with how you handled this situation. Coming from a developer myself (scenery), this has made me super intrigued and proud of you as a developer. This is some amazing communication which most developers don't have at all. Super stoked on this aircraft.. been wanting to fly the ERJ for ages now. I bought your first ERJ that came out, so I am really excited to see the huge upgrades you did for this one. No problem. You've inspired me and my scenery team (FSDesigns) to communicate more with our community !

it’s communication like this that keeps me and countless others, I’m sure, customers of yours. Thank you for letting us know about this. I am highly confident that despite this video, and if you were to take small planes with messages attached and fly them in the skies around the world, there will still be some people who say they didn’t know about this. That is to be expected. But I am also highly confident that the overwhelming majority of people will know of this and will appreciate the release even with this considerably minor hiccup. Thank you for this. Your honesty is refreshing and as you say it is a x-plane issue. Loading the C172 first Is no big deal and it won't stop me from buying the new e jets.

Great communication. I remember having to do this workaround even back in XP10 for the higher end addons to help avoid crashes. It's just one of those things you pick up from simming over time. Like in P3D if you wanted to switch to another complex plane, the best practice was to restart the sim completely

Thank you for your honesty with this problem. Great communication. Great work around to the problem to load the Cesna 272 first and then switch to the 175 this is OK by me. As this issue is a X Plane 12 problem and not your fault as such, it is great to see your up front honesty and transparency as a developer.

Thank you so much for the support Joao! It's not easy for them either. Any complex software like this is very difficult to easily fix.

I did my homework and looked up the Embrear Lineage 1000. I definitely will buy the four aircraft pack so I can get the Lineage 1000 when it is ready. Based on what I have seen from X-Craft, I am hoping it will be the best business jet in X-Plane 12.

This is how to communicate with customers, other developers, pls take note.

Thats how I always did it in FSX anyways. But I have gotten quite used to just loading straight into whatever aircraft I desire in Xp11. Once I get over to Xp12, Im gonna buy your product! I have been longing for a proper Embraer-rendition.

I also have this issue, everytime I load Zibo in the main menu it crash, I chack the log but it show not error or bugs. However when I change from other plane to Zibo, it somehow work...

Every time, if it is just as you started X-Plane. If you have X-Plane running then you can just switch to the E175 as many times as you like.

Hello, I recently purchased the ERJ Family Pack. I installed the patch for X-Plane 12 and it seems like it doesn't work. The planes don't show up in the aircraft selection menu. Any help?

Hi! All you have to do is tick the "Show aircraft for older versions of X-Plane option, which is in the Flight Configuration in X-Plane, right below the Search field

I have the EJet Family. I use the 195 in XPlane 11 and does not pick up the glide slope for so reason. I have followed your instructions in relation to the Preview Botton and the VOL Buttion and the Approach Button. It picks up the LO but not the glide slope. I do not use a STAR I use a direct approach. Is this just a problem with XPlane 11. I noticed some where that you only allowing 6 months support for XPlane 11 Yours Faithfully Kindness Regards Steve.

Hi Steve, the ILS system is just purely what X-Plane provides, so if the default 737 in X-Plane can fly that specific approach, you should have no problem capturing the glideslope. If you're encountering any issues, it's possible that some steps were missed. I'd say that it is possible that you are not BELOW the glideslope when trying to capture it, as you did mention pressing all the right buttons. Here are the necessary steps, make sure that you: 1. You have the correct frequency entered 2. You have pressed APP on the guidance panel 3. Then press V/L to set NAV1/NAV2 as the autopilot source 4. You are aligned with the runway properly 5. You are below the glide slope (You should get to 3000ft at least 8 miles out of the runway threshold) 6. You manage your speed correctly The autopilot will take care of the rest! We don't monitor KZread comments frequently, so if you still need any help, please come to our tech support and post a screenshot or even better video of the PFD from the moment when you encounter the issue. forums.x-plane.org/index.php?/forums/topic/280194-e-jets-family-tech-support/

new E-Jets are stunning, too bad I can't fly it as it won't work with my TCA throttle (by Airbus) - no idea how to manually set up the axes, not mentioned in FAQs (regardless if the reverse shows correctly or not) my physical throttle is at idle but the engines are running at half power🥺

We honestly haven't encountered this in months of testing, so you can imagine how surprised we were to see that some users now experience that. We would have never been released had we known. HOWEVER! We already have fix in the works and it w ill hopefully be available next week

No worries. We will fly the other planes until the E175 is fixed or do the workaround. My credit card is ready.

There is another problem, when you select dep sid game crashes in E175 and E195 xplane12

I believe you are talking about our Free E175 & E195 for X-Plane 11, is that possible? As we mentioned on our download page, it is intended for XP11 only. The payware E-Jets Family doesn't have any issues with the FMS SID selection in either XP11 or XP12.

Thanks for this. When I load up the Zibo, it doesn't even load for me. I found the solution to it was to load the 172 and then open up zibo.

Don't worry, XP11 will be supported! And there is no problem in XP11, that's why I didn't talk about XP11. The issue is only with the E175 and only in XP12, but we will be releasing all E170. E175, E190 and E195 for both XP11 and XP12.

Is this just an XP12 problem?
