No, only the air that comes out of it swirls.

Why I am not hold the cults with Dyson? It's only keep about 5 minutes in my hair. So sad

you need to use product and blast it with cold to set it pin it up and hairspray it as long as you can while it finishes setting and then gently bring down the pinned curl. it should help!
