Always use factory lug nuts when using stock wheels. The tuner wheels will loosen up every time no matter how much your torque them. It’s happened to me before but never lost the wheel

Sounds like you still have the auto rear gear. Get a 370z sport rear diff for the gear or get the 4.08 ring/pinion
