I’d drive both nowadays the c63 sounds mean mean everyone has different set ups but they all sound bad ass. Vrp sent me bent pullies and to top it off the took like 3 months to send it to me bad experience with them.

C63. I have a CLK63AMG and just love the sound of the M156, especially with the roof down. I’m really interested to see what other mods are carried out on the N/A platform without strapping a supercharger. E.g cams. Is it possible to hit 600+Bhp N/A without resorting to expensive M159 parts

One of the better automotive youtube videos this year - practical, stayed ON TOPIC, step by step approach & applicable to the real world. Most of us don't have a fleet of hypercars that we want to make go faster by having someone else bolt on a $40k exhaust system from a custom shop somewhere in Idunoistan. Keep it going Alex 🙌

507 2014 c63 with 60k km air filters, 3 inch headers, 98 Ron and tuning (obviously) 490 whp. The m156 with more than 150k km are between 410 to 450 whp max on 98 ron

This model C is still the best…through 2014! I had a 350 sport coupe (just the regular V6) and it was an absolute rocket ship!!

Love your video dude. I have a c63 amg s204, it is the sport wagon version. Mine makes same HP with a tune, same flex fuel kit, I don't have headers but only secondary decat. I don't miss a video you broadcast, please make more about c63 👍

I ran 485whp on a Dynomite AWD Dyno with VRP headers and V7 tune so the e85 would have put it at right over 500WHP. That’s the club to get into with a $20-30k car for sure!

I love it how I get to feel like I'm discovering everything at the same time you are..... I know others do it but you definitely nailed the authenticity.

I wish I was local so I could pick your brain and turn wrenches on my E55! Still my favorite build. I've been dying for those niche targa wheels and blacked out headlamps.

@@gabrielmarshman2819 yeah these e55s are a great platform. Aside from the airmatic, it's a pretty well built machine. I would recommend one definitely to anyone looking for a 600+ hp daily for under 15 grand. You can't beat that.

Just bought a w204 C63 after watching your videos. Pleased to say my reactions when accelerating are exactly like yours haha. It really is intoxicating- love it.

I used to own an e320 2004 and it had distronic, it was one of the most fully optioned Mercedes i have ever seen, it had quad zone clima, straight six engine, full nappa leather, like, it had everything

congrats man, but would like to share also , had a 09 C63 with just the air box mod, an upsolute tune and a VMAX delete . dynoed. +70 wheel and indicated 195 MPH . i’m sure your car will do more !

That is pretty under powered for having long tube headers and row boxes. I would definitely advise to get it tuned by Eurocharged from either Jerry or Jake the co-owners of Eurocharged. With your mods of long tube headers, secondary cat deletes with x-pipe, row air boxes, and e85 tune you should see near 450whp on a Mustang dyno and about 500whp on a Dynojet. Some have seen near 525whp.

On the LS3 i was seeing about 40rwhp gain for E85 tunes. They are bumping the total timing increase between 2-4 degrees over 93 octane to get the gain.

Hi Alex I absolutely enjoy your creativity and knowledge about the m156 engine on your channel. I have recently purchased a clk63 cabriolet with some serious lifter noise. I got a quote from fcp euro for new camshafts, injectors, lifters and camshaft adjuster plates from 63 motorsports. I have a second option getting another engine, but it's from the upgraded m156 with the black tappet covers. My question is if i go with option 2, will it be a straight fit on the clk63 Thanking you in advance. Roy..south Africa

The 204 chassis is the best looking C class of all time.

I see the same numbers on stock C63, 367 whp on our dyno with 98 Ron @ 30° C ambient temp.

Probably gonna catch hate for saying this but I’ve never really liked the exhaust note of Mercedes V8s until hearing this one. Sounds incredible man!

With Long tube headers, decat, ROW-air boxes and a good tune you should have like 470whp at least... with e85 and a good tune 500whp.

Very hard decisions coming for me C63/E63 CLS55/63 vs G8 GT/GXP Chevy SS (I didn’t include the CTS V, SRT8 charger/challenger or E55 because I’ve already owned those).

Hi from Australia mate. Every time I see your c63 content makes me go nuts. I own e92 M3 and FBO naturally aspirated ISF . C 63 will complete the set. C19 has caused a huge problem in west Australia m no car stock, prices are high. What model is a good platform for c63? Is older ok if head bolts are good or just jump to 2012 or performance packages. Thx
