    Why haven’t they made a movie about Benny the Jet Urquidez is beyond me. 200 & 0 is a big deal and his story about his kumite fight in Hong Kong was a trip.

    Great stuff! Though I'd say a danger of getting hit trying to get in close, but physique requirements, and of course you want to win not run away in a sports match LOL

    You got more chance to get hit hard the further away you are. Close quarters prevents power shots especially if you know what you are doing.

    @@JeffMcDuffie72MeridianGate Yeah that is a good point, but elbows can be quite powerful in close, my point was really the transition from beyond range to close-quarters but the opponent often solves that problem for you I guess.

    a prime gracie doesn't have 60 world champion full contact wins also Benny was the first to fight in Japan and beat their champions

    @@Topmotorcycles9079 I know that. But current MMA fighters are much more skilled than fighters in the 70´s or 80's when MMA wasn´t around.

    @@Katzenhase Not in boxing, it's still in the stone age, surprising Dana is putting such a low level product out. At least in striking he should demand all the guys have top knotch boxing and kicking instructors so as to not look foolish.
