Dylan Moran is so great. I remember seeing him live in Geneva about 15 years ago. There were maybe 15 people in the audience, so he invited everyone up to the first row and he just sat on the edge of the stage and spoke to us. The most incredible, intimate performance. And of course he chain smoked the entire time, even though indoor smoking was banned lol.

Serenity113 I have had the same experience in Ireland and while I've been on holidays where they say "You're Irish and you don't drink" it gets a bit annoying after a while, I'm sure Italians don't get asked if they eat Pizza or if all Germans are asked were they once a Nazi.

Well, usually people from a common geographical area tend to have similar facial features. So that’s Ireland. You’d notice the same if you saw a French person, some Scandinavian, someone from Japan vs someone from Hong Kong. So they’re like to look similar-ish. But I don’t think it’s that similar to be honest.

The tone of Dylan’s speaking voice is very different; it’s nasal. Maybe it’s age or the cigarettes.
