Ben actually thinks Sunny who's done 1 season is a better choice than Dylan who's done 4 YEARS?! Trying to justify it by saying she's been on the boat two weeks longer than him...🙄 If the captain knew they were sleeping together I seriously doubt he would support this decision.

Sorry Ben - you just lost my respect - Sunny has done an amazing job. However, if she asks Dylan for anything - she is not ready.

Sunny is great but she's too green for that position. Ben trying to act like he's on some moral highground is ridiculous.

Ngl as annoying as Dylan is, he’s totally right. Sunny is not at the level of capability to be lead deckhand, she absolutely got that position because of her relationship with Ben and because he doesn’t want to make her mad at him and it’s just very dangerous to be giving positions of power based on personal feelings rather than abilities.
