I’m more on Barbie side. Fraser has the same complaints about the blond stew and he didn’t hear what Barbie said to her. Fraser is keep saying be nice that means she isn’t being nice.

EXACTLY!!! He's already annoying me this season.

It’s very obvious that Frasier has no idea that Cat is chasing her tail going very little at a snails pace while Barbie busts her butt!!

Barbie was my next door neighbor growing up. I was good friends with her older sister. She is the sweetest girl and has a wonderful family. I love seeing her doing so well!

Fraser decided he didn't like Barbie when he found out she grew up wealthy. She is a hard worker, and want giving anyone attitude unless they gave it to her first. He is being petty and a jerk.

They should add a hefty fee for weddings. Just adding that to your "preference sheet" is such shady move. The wedding industry is wildly expensive.

No doubt. I worked for a luxury resort and spa in Palm Beach Florida. if someone wanted to book the banquet room for an event or a meeting, it was a different price than if they booked that same banquet room for a wedding. Same thing when you’re ordering flowers for a wedding if you say it for a wedding suddenly the price goes up.

Oh Frazer just when I was happy to see u back and like you, you went and messed all this up. You're at fault in the Barbie situation. Cat is the issue. You're willing to get rid of a great stew for one who can't do her job, just bc you feel sorry for her past life? Not good leadership. You saying you just don't like her make it seems you had intentions of having issues with her no matter what. You thought you were too soft last season, so now you've decided to be more bossy and condescending. You need to find a middle ground quick or I want you to be left on the docks next season.

Well Frasier it seems your in way over your head with yourself. The only emotions out of control here are you own. Never takes side with one crew member. Did you ever stop to think when people have a hard life they can sometimes have a chip on their shoulder? The crew was working good with each other till you decided to start picking on the one the other complaints about and the very one who had more experience and was being a good worker. Instead you started riding her and delibertly making her job unbearable. If anyone needs fired it should be you because you become the person you hated that deliberately dumped hot water on your hand cause he wanted to mistreat you. The charter just started and you cannot handle it!!!!

I couldn't have said it better myself. Can't believe how many people like Fraser this season. I never liked him, but this is getting ridiculous.

Really surprised by Fraser's 180. It's good he's learned not to be a doormat but he didn't really give Barbie a chance. He just snapped. Maybe there's more we're not seeing and he just senses her dislike of him. But she is a really good worker and he should be praising that. Cat's story was/is so sad. I feel bad for anyone raised by religious extremists. Poor thing has been through so much. I wish her well!

So no complaints about Cat who actually can't do her job just because she had a hard life? 😒 But we don't like Barbie because of one comment? Fraser is doing the most this season.

Exactly. Barbie is experienced and working so hard. Cat is slow, constantly whining, and making mistakes. Frazier seems to think being a manager means being mean and condescending.

Frasier should take a chapter out of his own life. When someone mistreats you shut up stick it out and work harder. Instead he went overboard mistreating his own crew over one persons hard life. He got things under control then ruined it all on his own poor management by mistreating one over the other.Playing favorites and unjustly mistreating another means you cannot manage.

Fraser doesnt know how to be a leader. He is still so immature. Running off of feelings instead of finding the strength of his team. He picks apart their weaknesses and runs and tells the captain. He’s a clown 🤡

None of them seem to have any clue about manners. If you have nothing nice to say, especially in the workplace, keep your mouth shut.

Fraiser is not leading he is managing. Leaders listen, de-escalate and recognize the feelings of their direct reports Barbie is actually a very east person to lead. She is looking to be heard then being given a means to peacefully express herself. When Barbie shares her feelings Frasier becomes immediately offended. He needs to listen, de-escalate then redirect. He is too focused on his feelings as opposed how to lead his team. I say this with 20 years of experience.

Good for Captain Kerry, she is a good Stew, and if she left Frausee would be screwed. The other 2 stews are not very good, they don't have much experience. Relax raiser, stop barking at gee all the time you need a new method

I thought I was losing my mind!

Fraser is my favorite!!! He’s amazing and hilarious and also great at his job. He’s like the male version of Kate - who I miss seeing on the show. But now we have Fraser who is equally as fun to watch and seems like would be a good friend to have.

frasier is like a roller coaster hes up then hes down one minute he was laying down the law about his expectations then the next he is ratting out barbie with the captain ! maybe its an american thing but these european yauht people think nothing about ratting fellow crew out ! in my neighborhood rats had a very hard time and if the snitching was bad enough some had to move out !

As someone who has grown up in foster homes in group homes and had a horrible alcoholic for a mother, Cat needs to Buck up and quit using being in a foster home as an excuse. This little girl is not going to make it in the world unless she toughens up.

Fraser and Barbie both have good points except on the issue of appreciation and attitude. A good boss would praise if praise is what makes the employee shine but its not a given. Being upset with a boss's behaviour is also understandable but giving attitude is the wrong way to respond. Ultimately, you just have to remain civil, no need to be friendly, suck it up and focus on the $.

To all the people saying Fraser is in the wrong for how he's handling this, think about it -- would you rather have a good worker with a constant attitude who doesn't respect the hierarchy of the boat or her coworkers, or a poor worker with a decent attitude that can be trained? Working with Barbie is probably miserable, regardless of her skills as a stew, which impacts the overall standard AND PERFORMANCE of the team more than Cat's lack of skill. I'm not saying Fraser should be looking at firing Barbie or even that he should have taken it to Captain Kerry, but I can understand his perspective on who is the more valuable asset to the team.

The most unlikable crew of all time...they're ratings have to plummet after this season.

Frasure has proven to be a sensitive little drama queen. Barbie is the best worker of the inside crew. He is such a jerk & then was coodling cat like she was a infant.

I wish they'd stop showing strays as if it's all cute and sweet. It's actually sad and depressing to see them and know these poor animals don't have homes and are likely starving. I'd wish they'd actually do something and rescue animals instead of stressing animal lovers out. I never see them being fed.

Barbie is from a well off family, but she used her charters tip money to buy her bags and jewelry. She worked for it. Her and Fraser were fine initially.... But now there's another side pot stirrer.
