I think the realisation that "it's just hair" hits everyone after their first dyejob The first time I dyed my hair I was so nervous about it and scared that it might look bad but now when I dye my hair I dont worry a bit. Its fun to do and if it doesnt turn out the way you wanted it to you either go with it, immediately dye it a different color or cut it off. You cant really go wrong with it and changing your look every now and again is really fun.

with pink hair you look like someone from one of Tim Burton’s films or a kid movie about aliens there is no between

im rewatching his old vids rn and i cant believe i forgot he sang at 13:11 i know it was a meme but seeing peej play the ukelele again just made my heart feel warm

I dyed my light brown hair black last year w/o bleaching first, and it washed out over the course of several months into this really cool Disney-villainous emerald green color (blue dye in black+natural yellow undertones=green) and I had so many people ask if I was gonna dye it back. I realized after that I really liked the green even though it was accidental, and that dyeing my hair in the first place was in no way as life-changing as I had thought it would be.
