And that’s fine MR Stoner Like I’ve already said, I don’t bash any shop. But when a guy like DX Radio shop is going to bash for a week straight I’m going to react to that…and stand up for my self. Hope you have a good day

I sent Stu a couple of my radios almost a year ago. His site says he has a "strict 1 week policy", where he expects payment within one week for services rendered. I get that and I'm good with it. What I'm not good with is how Stu never sent me an invoice for either of my radios, and hasn't responded to emails or picked up the phone after multiple calls to his shop. After all this time, I guess I'm just out my two radios (a Cobra 148 NW and a Galaxy DX99V.) So, Kevin... I'll give you a shot. I've got a couple more radios that need service, a Cobra 29 with the silly digital display (I forget the precise model number) and an older base station. Interested? And since my Galaxy 99 is apparently now MIA (stolen by Stu?) I'm in the market for a replacement. Thoughts?

Thanks for that reply, and you are correct I have never nor will I ever mention anyone by personal name or shop name. Unfortunately this man can’t help himself, and he never stops

You’re absolutely right… There are many who are ripping people off… But I would have to disagree with the comment about the mud duck in the desert. We all know he’s a pain in the ass and a scam artist but he’s absolutely right on how a radio should be tuned.

Dx radio has never had my 955.You are the only I meen only one I trust with my radios. Iv got a 99n2 for you next.I tell all my friends how good you are and you right kevin I got your back.

I dont know anything about that DX guy but anyone who cares about maintaining a high level of credibility would show evidence of any outrageous claim they make. I bet you $10K he can not produce a list of your unhappy customers he's had to fix.

U don't clip anything in a 29 it's all do e with values and knowledge..u are minupulating the frequency response and frequency roll offs of the circuits ..that's the entire idea on a cobra 29 is to be very clean the radio has outstanding audio from its basic circuit..it's all about the response...be safe 9lb hammer

Again sir …. You don’t know the whole story. You should make sure you have all the facts before making false statements. Now if you want to open up this can of worms, I suggest you talk to DX Radio shop first and get there OK ,on this. I think they would rather not get into it.
