Just did a movie with The Rock called Rampage last year. I'm part of the film crew and what I can say is that The Rock is one of the busiest actors I've worked with. He Works 7 days a week. Days we were off he was out promoting or doing Saturday Night live. He is a beast. 5 hours of sleep is about right. I worked 16 hour days for 3 years and got 4 hours of sleep by the time I came home took shower, went 2 sleep and drove back to work with a 8 hour turnaround. Most people don't know how much work it takes to film a movie.

Steroids doesn't make you magically big if you don't work out. Also the Rock is Samoan - those guys are naturally huge. The difference between his physique now and his WWE physique is that he is eating way more then he used to. There are other supplements out there besides steroids that will get you size - not all of it is illegal. The consequences of using Steroids long term is that your body stops producing testosterone on it's own, you lose your hair and that's just the start of it. You end up with kidney, liver and heart damage. You end up with joint and ligament pain - because they don't grow as fast as your muscles do. There is no safe way to do steroids. Rock has an awful lot to lose at this point if he is on steroids.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson, has wrestled for WWE, is now a full time actor, and he STILL has time to work out. What's your excuse?

You guys need to do your research, at his age 5-6 hrs of sleep is all you need. For little kids, ages 12 and under need at least 10 hrs a day. (To grow) Anyone older to about 30-35 need an avg of 7 hours of sleep.

You're generalizing. Johnson may be cool with 5 hours of sleep, that doesn't mean that it works for everyone.

john RAMBO Evrything is possible if you really want to acomplish it. If he had acomplished that in 2 years, than yes, it would only be possible by steroids. But the dude is training 27 years so far, EVRY day, has INSANE diet schedules and tons of time and money. Train for 27 years, and see the results for yourself.

P.O .R That would've been a great question if the interviewer wasn't being filmed (kind of a vulgar question to ask such a respected man) The answer would've been no and in this video he explains exactly why.

Honestly, even if he does use steroids (which I don't believe he does) it would be perfectly reasonable. For the average bodybuilder, who usually trains around 4 to 5 times a week, you gotta get 7 hours of sleep daily. Unfortunately, he's forced to keep his body in optimal shape because of his job. Either way, I think he just has amazing genetics for building muscle.

Easy to stay up and work out when you are juicing and doing god knows what else... Pay someone 10 mill, give them a trainer, and give them the best growth hormones and stimulants available, yeah, almost anyone would do the same exact thing.
