DW212V updated drive motor system
Keene DW2 and DW212V Dry Washer. This is an old school bellows type dry washer that we have manufactured for over 50 years. This is powered by both hand crank system or the new upgraded 12-volt motor drive system. The new motor is more powerful, better adjustable speed control longer-lasting rebuildable, and lower amp draw. Keene engineering www.keeneeng.com 818 993 0411

Keene Engineering! The Best
Nice unit... but I was going to say what Daniel commented about...the heavy breathing behind the camera, wow!!
The noise coming off the machine is play in the cam system that also adds to the vibration. When the DW212 is new, the came can be a little noisy. After a few hours of running the Dry washer noise drops substantially.
that's cool fam. I haven't tried dry washing. looks like loads of fun. GOLD SQUAD OUT!!!
This unit is still the best bellows on the market have been using one for years

Yes for bellows machine tough to beat plus built to last and be serviced
The nice little unit looks like sounds like you could use a little Grease

The banging sound is the rear cam it help with the vibration as well. Could it be silenced yes however the trade off would be a loss of vibration
bad ass mark. like the controller knob. on/off switch. cool feature. the guy i go to the desert with uses that model. for like 15 years. shane. pres. . (high desert gold diggers) have a good day.
Like the idea of the puffer but even though you point out it's quieter the clanking seems really loud annoying and jarring. Mostly admired all of keenes products but even you noticed you could barely talk over the clanking and turned it down/ or off.
Anyone attempted to make a "hush kit" for that? Sealed bearings on the crank, connecting links and many othrr connections with loose tolerances?
I just watched a guy who adapted a drill to power it with a adjustable power off the battery

A drill motor would work. We use a 12 volt speed control PWM so we can precisely control the speed. Watch this video as well kzread.info/dash/bejne/aqh1lNOnnqeneJc.htmlsi=SR2a3RxDd8h1BnXt
Nice machine but I don't understand why it's making that banging noise every cycle?
That's the one I'm going to get.
