I've only ever heard of the durian fruit referred to negatively because of the smell and the taste when it is raw. Does frying the fruit whole like that before opening it improve the smell and the taste or is that something you just have to get used to?

Sister Beware..!! Toxic insecticide maybe sulfur on durian peel. You put durian in hot oil is not good idea...!! I have no idea..Why you do like that ? Durian meat eat with sticky rice and coconut milk. It's perfect already. 😋

Yeah, she’s gotten pretty sloppy lately. Disappointed! Used to love her cooking style but since she started putting everything in oil, not so much.
