It's funny how the guy to the left from Duran Duran looks like a typical swedish "fashion kid" from around 2000.

Rockelement "To the left"? You mean the lead singer, Simon Le Bon?! Well, of course, the Brits are Northern European so we have shared Germanic roots including Danish from the Vikings that settled here. Although, Simon is not a natural blond.

The funny thing is today these comments are more true & highlighted more than ever apart from the financing of instruments-even 10 years before this clip there were punk bands with cheap guitars. Most of Duran except Andy & possibly Roger were middle class.

Jay Sterling They actually seem to strike a chord at this present moment. It's a problem within the industry, specifically for white musicians. Although at the time he gave those comments they were borderline delusional.
