Dune 1-3 is definitely worth reading. I’m halfway through the 4th book and am not enjoying it nearly as much

I dropped 3 towards the end cause I reeeeaaally wasn’t a fan of Leto turning into the god emperor worm. It felt too perverse/messed up and far from how grounded the first two books felt, giants worms and mentats aside.

I know Kevin was joking when he said Dune is "like, the first real Sci Fi"... but Mary Shelley would like a word with you. I wonder what could be considered the first "Space Operas"?

People who say the Dune books aren’t reading are Gen Zers who have no attention span. I’m not big on Sci-Fi books or books in general but I found it to be quite easy to read and follow. It’s a sci-fi book, it’s not that crazy writing… it’s a basic heroes journey tale….

Its gonna have lots of bugs, Predatory monetization, Terrible gameplay that will never be fixed, boring DLC, lots of disgusting LGTB woke stuff, The PVP will be broken because cheaters will never be banned. How do I know all of this? I played Conan Exiles. The last game this trash company made.
