In this episode, Rebecca gives us all a lesson in standing up for ourselves as she opens up about a horrible experience when an unnamed “idiot” co-star “screamed” at her on set, left her walking off set crying and then she demanded she act to the, “back of the head,” for the rest of the filming. YES. REBECCA!
We also talk about Rebecca becoming THE Reverent Mother in Dune 2, the incredible Dune 2 scene where Lady Jessica drinks the water of life and the amazing lessons she has learnt from working with Timothée Chalamet. But it playing Lady Jessica almost didn't happen as she talks about a phone call with Dune director, Denis Villeneuve where she turned down the role!
Rebecca also reflects back on all the movies and TV shows you has been in and talks about the incredible impact working with Tom Cruise and starring in Mission Impossible for a decade has had on her.
It is really rare to meet someone who is this authentic and completely comfortable in her own skin, so I hope you love this episode with Rebecca as much as I do. She clearly learned from the XP and got smartened up. But you cant hold ANY women to responsibility or accountability and that is the issue !

Honestly, it's the best Rebecca Ferguson interview I've seen and clearly the most interesting of the whole press tour. The fact that the interview lasts 20 minutes means you can really delve into the answers, and the questions were well thought out and intelligent. And you and Rebecca have a real chemistry that works really well, so it was a pleasure to watch ! I learned a lot more about her, her career and her approach to Jessica than in the other Dune interviews, so hats off to you !

I'm going to side with the male actor, since he is the lead and this will lead the Dune franchise into some woke garbage if they side with her and make the story about her, which garbage Hollywood will do. And of course The Rock's is going to side with her because he is a diva too.

@@andrewtodd9103dude, are you OK? Will you respond to every comment supporting her? The incident Rebecca is talking about has nothing to do with Dune. I don't know why you think it woul shift the focus of the story to her, but for your information Dune was already "woke" 60 years ago. Books 5 and 6 would be called a wokefest by someone like you.

Honestly this guy is a first rate child, behaves like one, and confirmed from her story that productions defend that kind of behavior. Just sad. Its a shame to because i enjoy his films hes in.

That women had a impossible task: Play a character, larger than life, with a 50% part in a 10h (audio-) book, and nailed it. I could not imagine someone actually doing a good job. But she was the best casting choice in the two Films.

Love her so much. Got to know her from Dune 1. And she’s growing on me. The Bees needs of fame… nicely said we are watching the young Hollywood happening now on 2020’s era like in the 80’s with Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise and Brad Pitts era ❤❤❤❤
