@@spa2damax Of course she's very talented, and nobody has to read anything but the script in order to play their role in a movie. It's the director's job to guide them through it. So being accurate to the book isn't to their credit, rather to the director's. Her performance was much better than in part one, she mumbled and cried too much in the first one and yet I don't blame her for that, it's all on the director. Nevertheless it would have been a nice gesture if she immersed herself a bit more in the source material. She doesn't like sci-fi, but a bit of appreciation for the project that you are involved in goes a long way and you can come off better in these interviews.

Some actors use a version of method, but not in a way that it bothers others. F.e. when a character is very intense and different from the actor, the actor might stay in character for a bit, because that is easier than getting in and out of being intense. But I think it's mostly none of the actually pretending they can't walk and need to go everywhere slowly with crutches stuff. Which just disturbes the schedule and makes everyone cater to you. That sucks.

And not to mention maybe almost all the young actors in dune soo introvert and sorry to say lame lol🤣 like just looked at them, they're not a party animal type. You barely see them partying in public, the party they went just part of the job to loke their movie after party or sometimes awards after party and if they go to party they will be the one who come home early. Even in one of their interview the cast admitted it how the young cast are the tamest people in industry😅
