Thats how you know someone loves his job 😊
I love that she didn’t do the whole “ugh, method actors who stay in character between takes are so annoying. Try acting!” She was empathetic and realized she needed to behave a little differently in order for her colleague to give the best performance that he could and she respected it.
I can’t describe in words how badly I want to play backgammon with Rebecca Ferguson 😂

I love how she was saying how fun she was and at the same time saying that timothee took his job seriously and worked really hard on this role. She is so much fun lol
She is so honest and seems so fun to interview
Beautifully said, and a great lesson beyond just being on set.
I like the grit in her voice. Would buy a book narrated by her
What's funny is she's so good between action and cut. She was riveting in Doctor Sleep. So intense.

She was phenomenal in that movie!
She is chill, enjoys everything. Naturally gifted person. Deserves Oscar for real!
I enjoy listening to people with enough humility to hold this kind of respect for everyone’s uniqueness
I can relate to what she’s saying, I don’t like to carry the emotion I have in a scene to the real world, but some people prefer to stay in the zone which I totally understand, we all approach acting very differently so it’s important to listen and to help your colleges by supporting their approach
She seems like a lot of fun, a genuinely nice person.
A beautiful joyful woman. A great actress.
Dune 1 was believable because of Rebecca. YOU NAILED IT QUEEN!!!
The last part made me crack up! 😂
her existence is intoxicating
She seems to have a similar technique to Jennifer Lawrence. Is herself right until "action", snaps into the scene, snaps right back out and wants to have fun lol.

Shes just so damn clever 😊 so witty and smart. Probably the best of moms ❤ You are the best Rebecca!
She's very honest and professional.
And in the first movie her performance was incredible
That guy is melting
She's been on a fire press tour.
That is so cute. So interesting cause she's fucking insanely talented and crushing it in this film so this is so awesome to hear
She know she is good in what she does, so rest is having fun for her 😅
This is how it should be - acting is acting and yes it is hard but if it was easy everyone would do it - but when your not acting you should be able to just be yourself and enjoy your time on set with these amazing people you are working with. Have fun - life is too short

They put a lot spotlights around when they are doing interviews so the lighting looks good in the video. And the light is so strong that you end up sweating. If you go to any retail store with so many lights you will end up sweating that always happens to me.
Love to see strangers commenting on that man apparence... 😒 leave that guy alone! It looks like it was very hot. He's doing his job, which is getting the actor to engage with him
Remember that first Lorde album, Pure Heroine? She's like that, man i feel intoxicated everytime i see her.
For Rebecca, I would learn how to play. Anything to spend time with this wonderful woman.
I love she grew to respect Timothée's position and process because of the respect he had for the weight he was carrying. It was probably intense seeing someone so young have to hold that burden on such a large film and she totally surrogate mothered that by reigning herself in a bit. Love her.
I’d love to be working with her lol

What a class act
She is so kind❤

@@spa2damax Of course she's very talented, and nobody has to read anything but the script in order to play their role in a movie. It's the director's job to guide them through it. So being accurate to the book isn't to their credit, rather to the director's. Her performance was much better than in part one, she mumbled and cried too much in the first one and yet I don't blame her for that, it's all on the director. Nevertheless it would have been a nice gesture if she immersed herself a bit more in the source material. She doesn't like sci-fi, but a bit of appreciation for the project that you are involved in goes a long way and you can come off better in these interviews.

Shes so down to earth. Its very refreshing to hear that and not the typical "i felt and breathed this character in my soul" that we always get from the egos.

She gave an outstanding performance for being so blasé about it lol
Lotta geniuses in here.
This feels like the difference between European and American actors. Europeans seem to appreciate that it’s just acting and as an actor they simply act. None of this method BS
@danika9411

Some actors use a version of method, but not in a way that it bothers others. F.e. when a character is very intense and different from the actor, the actor might stay in character for a bit, because that is easier than getting in and out of being intense. But I think it's mostly none of the actually pretending they can't walk and need to go everywhere slowly with crutches stuff. Which just disturbes the schedule and makes everyone cater to you. That sucks.

Had no idea making a move could be classified as having 'fun', as it is a place of work, and it can be quite stressful.

Americans tend more towards the “method” which involved way more introspection and emotional bandwidth whilst Brits tend more toward classical which is usually more composed and technical.

Wow really insightful answer. Makes sense to match the mood of your costars, especially if they're dealing with a much heavier role than yours
I'm still over here needing a Lady Jessica and Leto movie! ...to be honest I needed less of him and more of her on screen because she carried both movies!
I think it just boils down to experience. Timothee is not even 10 yrs in the industry, he still has alot too prove and he's this decade's leo dicaprio. I think he is aiming for that, down to his romance choices lol.
It sucks that her character in the MI movies were killed off, if that franchise isn’t ending yet, It’s gonna suck

The most unforgivable , disgusting and cursed act ever happen in the cinema history is her amazing Ilsa Faust character being killed off by the Mission Impossible dead reckoning part 1 💔💔😡😡

I get it. I like fun. Lol ❤❤❤❤
They need to make her the voice of some AIs. It’s so soothing
Did someone tried to strangle the guy?
She sounds like a 16yo lol. 😂
Its not just bc different methods but some people just introvert and acting already drained their energy enough, so they looked like still in character when in fact they just tired. And not to mention maybe almost all the young actors in dune soo introvert and sorry to say lame lol🤣 like just looked at them, they're not a party animal type. You barely see them partying in public, the party they went just part of the job to loke their movie after party or sometimes awards after party and if they go to party they will be the one who come home early. Even in one of their interview the cast admitted it how the young cast are the tamest people in industry😅
Basically they all take it seriously and she remembers it's just a job.
