This is just imoral. Stores should be ashamed of this. They could simply donate most of those items for charities. There are so many kids without any clothes or footwear and so many animal shelters that could do with those items for cats and dogs. Such a shame… 😢

That's sickening that they throw that stuff out. Like people said, animal shelters and daycare (costumes) would love that. Even pre-k and kindergarten classrooms...

Our stores here lock the dumpsters so no one can go through them. Stores are so very wasteful!! Great haul and hope you were able to find shelters to donate the pet toys too, they would love them!

It’s just disgraceful that stores throw away all this stuff. So very many needy people who would be so very grateful to receive even just ONE of the items. Why do they do it ?????

U. Kuldip see the red tags are for clearance but they have a certain time where they have to get rid of it if it does not sell for new merch but damn donate it don’t throw it out ❤😢animal shelters

Fantastic haul! All these stores order way too much stock, most of which is imported from China, then throw it out because no-one's buying it. People who have little or nothing don't mind wearing Halloween themed pjs, shoes, t-shirts etc or using themed homeware beyond 31st October. I'd happily wear Halloween pjs all year round because no-one else will see them.

It is absolutely ridiculous the lack of inventory control stores have ! And they are held to no standard for over ordering!!! Yet prices continue to rise , and rise and stores JUST TRASH ITEMS because they have over ordered 😳 it just doesn't seem very productive and in fact seems very wasteful. I wish I could expose them more, do more , stores need to be held accountable for the way they impact our environment and country 😩. Thanks so much for watching 🥰

Maybe 🤔🤔 I'm in Texas though there are a couple of us divers that do KZread or TikTok out here and we all still find plenty. when I first started, I went 2x a day to find out when the best days were to hit, after that I narrowed it down by timing(idc write down what time I scored and go back next time around the same time) still isn't 100% but definitely narrowed it down for me 😊 there are only 2 5 below that don't destroy there 5 and under items 😂 it's a shame what they do even for the cheapest of items ! Our landfills are so full it's disgustingly sad they keep adding unnecessary things ! Stores should be held accountable for throwing perfectly good items away. They literally should send to second hand store or something! Anything is better than adding to our already over crowded landfills !!! I’ve been dumpster shopping for over two years and am usually shocked too 🤣 Though I moved to a new city three months ago and the dumpsters are just trashed by divers at night. I usually go in early morning and end up finding nothing except a couple of times snd cleaning there mess , so they wont lock them up. I never go too often anyways but i used to find lots in my other town once weekly when i went. I scored five Tommy Hilfiger blouse worth a few bucks and other stuff. I’m going to try another town near me this week ha ha. Happy Diving, have a good one.

Target donates to Goodwill. . .but Goodwill sometimes sells for a few pennies off the last price marked instead of selling it for 80% off the last known price.

I worked for TJMaxx & all of our stuff was thrown into a trash compactor....smashed all to hell, no access to it. Employees weren't allowed to have anything. In my 4 years there, I never saw a single dog or cat toy in the trash. I saw a blouse once that arrived with a hole in it but no other articles of clothing or toys. Our manager told us that legally we weren't allowed to sell/donate/take home damaged merchandise.

It always amazes me what we can find . And the fact that they don't shred it to pieces like other stores makes me even happier . There are times I'm hesitant to share because I'm afraid it'll get out there to the store and then they start destroying. But I'm just so shocked that they can throw it away to begin with !!!! I was in shock . Like shaking had to mute myself because I just kept saying omg , omg ,omg 🤣 I mean WHYYYY . Why are stores so wasteful and there is NO accountability for it what do ever 😞 it's just a vicious cycle they will continue 🥴 but I'm super glad there are divers all around , I've been seeing A LOT from different states and cities score the same exact items!!! Thanks you ☺️ oh and I'm part ninja 🤪 . Just kidding!! I try and be super quick , which is partially why I don't get full footage of me going through items right then and there. I just grab and move along to another spot to go through the items I find. The longer you are there the chances of you getting caught or seen by employees. Which isn't that big of a deal other than once you are spotted, they will probably start to destroy items to discourage you from coming back.

🇬🇧❤️ I'd just get all the bags, fill the boot up, take them home, & if there was more bags, I'd go back for them & get as many as I could, then sort it out at home. 🤩 Jackpot. 🤗

Yessss I wasn't leaving without ALLLLLL the bags . Being 8 1/2 months pregnant it was HARD lol but adrenaline definitely helped me hahaha plus my egg crate i stand on to pull them out ! I moved to a different location far away from the store and had to go through them because I was just so giddy about ALL THE BAGS. Plus I couldn't possibly take all that home hahah ( just WAY TOO MUCH) . I met up with a fellow diver and we went through them together ☺️ Thanks so much for watching 🥰

It is absolutely disgusting how much American Businesses waste. Everything could have been easily donated and put to good use. In fact it would have been less effort for someone to come pick it up rather than throw in the dumpster. So sad. Thank you for giving these things purpose.

Thanks for stopping by ☺️. Yes they really throw stuff like this away . It's crazy isn't it . I've come across some amazing things I've found and I'm constantly amazed at what I find . You'd think they would get in touch with a store that they could resell all of this stuff to . I mean it would be a win win for them 🙄 but I'd definitely be losing out on some awesome stuff lol. I agree. They closed Ajwright clearance store where they got rid of clearance and overstock merchandise. And Homegoods ,TJ Max’s and Marshals has increased their prices. I don’t shop there much anymore. Shame on them for throwing away merchandise like that…

How do you find out what day they are dumping?

I don't know the EXACT days , so part of it is luck . But Ive been doing this for 5+ years and have "learned" a schedule. It's not always the same but for the most part I know when trash trucks comes and when they usually dump just based on going so much . I've made notes when I've scored and when the dumpsters were emptied.

Just from experience and going all the time back when I first started . I figured out a schedule or something similar to a schedule to go off of .

@Dumpsterbabe_86 nice! I will have to go check my local stores. Then only thing is I live in the city and it's always trashy inside my stores I could imagine what their dumpsters looks like . Maybe I could try going to the suburbs. Idk thanks for your video. I shared with my mom. We both are called the trash pickers of our family lol 😆 I love it. Always good stuff!

Why would they throw all that stuff away like that?? That stuff could've been donated at the very LEAST rather than just tossed in the trash. Glad you found it and will make good use of it or maybe give some as gifts etc rather than it just ending up in the dump.

I am absolutely shocked they threw all that good stuff out and they're not even used or damaged! That's just crazy! Why not donate it to pets in shelters like others have said or to daycare for the kids costumes/jammies/& shoes? An don't even get me started on all the Rae Dunn that got thrown out. Dunn collectors would lose their mind!

Anytime really . You'd need to figure out you area specifically. Ever store in every state and city are different.

Kudos to you for your awesome haul!!!! BUT!!! Shame on TJ Max for being so wasteful when they could donate it. No wonder prices are so high for goods!!!!

In our family we have 5 dogs between my siblings and I so they were all excited!!! The rest we will bundle together to sell and donate a few . We shared with 2 other divers when we found them 🥰 thanks gor watching

You're Smart. Too bad TJMax doesn't donate to Goodwill or Savers. If you didn't get them, they would go to waste.
