Last time I was there ..... not a soul wore helmets. Now EVERYONE wears them. It goes to show the authority strength that was built up via covid. Sounds alot like the story of flouride in water supplies. All of a sudden people started obeying the law.

Even just a video, I get tired from the monotone traffic noise. Are there any traffic free zones there?
