  I was there in 89 and 90 looks totally different. it used to be bar after bar with. bar girls and hotels everywhere. Changed so.much since I guess the Navy left.

  Manila still dirty and will never be clean , no matter what the gov trying to make it better , BLACK SPAGHETTI, VENDORS , SIDECARS..NO METRO AIDS in Manila !!!!
