For now we can only say that it could be plausible to say that genocide may be happening (key word on the may be). Until then, the ICJ did provide some provisional measures, that Israel doesn't respect at all for the moment, so that Israel has a less likely chance of being accused of it.

Here is FURTHER proof Israel is not committing genocide: There are about TWO MILLION people of precisely the same ethnicity as the "Palestinians" (what does 'genocide' mean? the killing of a distinct "people", yes?) living inside of the State of Israel -- known as "Israeli Arabs" -- who have full civil rights and are obviously not being killed or even being Hebraicised by Israeli authorities. ....Should I even mention that the population of the "Palestinians" in the West Bank and Gaza have increased over the decades? Now, here is a question on a somewhat unrelated topic. Who decides who gives the commencement speeches? Because commencement is supposed to be for the students. It is supposed to be the recognition of four years of work. So why are the students omitted in the decision-making process of who gets to to give the commencement speech at THEIR graduation. Which theoretically their tuition paid for.
