thats because Sparty made arguably more actual in game plays than Duke. Duke got to the FT line alot, which contributed quite a bit to their point total.

Gaurds were playing poorly in the first half, Blake’s gave a spark, Young also played really well. TJ did talk about playing baseball at duke as well tho, so who knows

Exactly my thoughts!!! Clearly this team is struggling with perimeter shooting and we leave a sniper on the bench SMH Blake's is garbage he belongs at a school like Dartmouth

@@newme2325I wouldn’t say Blake’s is garbage he plays defense and probably one of our best perimeter defenders behind mark, and he can score for us but yeah I just don’t see Blake’s being a guy who can handle the physicality of duke basketball

Izzo is stuck in this philosophy where no matter who you are, if you’re a senior, you’re going to play. And, then, you have Duke, where the coaches let the freshman just play freely. Take Caleb Foster for example. It’s the coach’s fault, and if Izzo doesn’t change this philosophy, MSU will only get as close as a Final Four and that is it. To be honest, I rather lose a game with Xavier Booker and Coen Carr playing the majority of the game than Sissiko, who fumbles the ball 80% of the time, or Akins, who can barely make anything.

Duke doesn’t really let its freshman play “freely”, Stewart had limited minutes the past 3 games and TJ hasn’t even gotten in yet.

More freely in comparison to MSU.

We need that shot blocking big that can change shots and a threat around the basket.

didnt like all of those turnovers, especially in the 1st half. but once they clean that up, and the rebounding, duke is going to be a very good and very dangerous team. way too many exceptional guards that can get cooking at any time.

Michigan state should be REMOVED from being in "basketball blueblood" games. They are the most overrated team in my lifetime. They always choke. They are just a brand with an average coach and average players. Like can yall win 1 time? Just one big game?

That 2001 championship between Arizona and Duke was a good one. I think that was arguably the best teams each school has ever had as far as talent is concerned. Yet if Luke wasn't injured I would of liked Arizona cutting down the Nets against that Duke team. Nevertheless Arizona has owned yall in most of the matchups. It really should of been more but like you said AZ has choked in March madness games. Nevertheless both fanbases are some of the best in the sport. I respect the NC blue blood schools even if I don't necessarily like them.
