Mason Lyons I cannot answer for another person I can only answer for myself I’m diehard BBN in every sport. I even watch soccer baseball and basketball. Not to mention gymnastics where Kentucky is about as dominant as they come in that sport

Msu is having such a special year and as a fan who tries to stay unbiased and just enjoy college basketball so much, it makes me really happy to see coach Izzo smile and see the spartan players celebrate. They're the class of the big ten. Hats off to them and much respect given to a team that's earned it

ONE OF THE MOST MEMORABLE MOMENTS IN MY COLLEGE CAREER! I study music at MSU and tonight I had a choir concert starting at 7:00. I thought we were going to miss the last couple seconds of the game. The whole choir was back stage getting ready to walk on stage, phones in hand, live streaming the last bit of the game when we saw Cassius receive the ball, running the clock down, and giving us the victory over Duke. As we walked on stage the whole audience erupted into applause and the choir began singing our fight song. There was such an immeasurable amount of unity and excitement throughout the Auditorium. I'll cherish that memory for the rest of my life. GO GREEN!!!💚

honestly... right as we were getting hot, they cancelled the tourney. MSU was the big tens best shot to win a title this year, and it wouldve been such a great story, overcoming everything with cassius and joshua, but at least cassius went out a big ten champ and will always be a spartan legend

MSU players appeared to be more blue collar type players. Talent wise, MSU can't compete with Duke on all out recruiting. But those 3 star talented players may go further in the NBA than 5 star talent players based on acquired skills and experience obtained on the college level.

Talent can only produce if it comes together chemistry-wise and I believe the problem from this group is Cam Reddish and his now well- known lack of commitment to his teammates (concocted BS knee injury)! U can be great but only as one unit! That coupled with inept team defense for the fourth straight NCAA tournament are why Duke is firmly sitting at home! MSU lifelong fan and this was a great moment.all the talk all year was about zion n dukes almost pro team lol

MSU played fearless. Their Big Men played strong all night. Winston stayed in attack mode. RJ from duked choked under pressure, and should have passed at some moments. Zion did well but had Big Men to fight with on MSU.

@jun p. So would Michigan State if they still had Jaren Jackson Jr. And Miles Bridges. I see your point here, but duke isn't the only team with this issue. Landing the top recruits in the country comes with a hefty pricetag at the end of the season.

This was easily one of my favorite march madnesses. One to remember.

magnus zuleta I’m gonna be honest here, I’m an Ohio state fan, but i like to see UNC do good, they beat y’all without Zion pretty easily, and when they got Zion back, they only beat them by one, UNC is the better overall team idk what you’re smoking😂

unbelievable game, hats off to both teams! i love the level of competition this tournament brings out of teams

Usually the team that wins the National Championship has at least 4 players who average at least 10 points or more in the regular season. Out of all the teams that fit that description in the Tournament this year, MSU easily had the toughest schedule during the season. They have been my pick to win it all since the tournament started. Glad they didn't let me down tonight.

Actually UNC had the toughest schedule out of everybody but for sure Michigan state had a tough schedule. Crazy that they won their conference champ and are in final four while being depleted pretty much all season

What an incredibly entertaining game. Came to watch Zion, left a fan of many other players and two great teams.

When Michigan state got the ball last amd ran out the clocks, that gave me chills.

People who are blaming RJ for that last possession are so dumb “wHy dIdNt tHeY gIvE iT tO zIoN 🤪” Zion was getting double teamed, it was either gonna be RJ or Cam, also people blaming RJ for the missed free throw, y’all acting like Zion didn’t miss free throws that could’ve padded the lead. It was a team effort! It’s not just RJ!!

Winston has been so good all year. Deserves to play so well on a big stage and continue to gain attention.

Once he does turn pro, he'll be an automatic first round pick, maybe lottery level! He certainly has the tools and capability! His enthusiasm for the game and bringing it every possession on both ends is what I love! Duke lost to him because as a team they lacked what Winston showed! He is a true mirror of Izzo on the court with his will to win

How many top 4 picks does it take for K to change a light bulb? Not sure. But we know it takes at least three for K to choke away a trip to the Final Four.

Cassius Winston was flatout amazing, he put the team on his back and dominated like a tactician .......I'm happy for Izzo finally getting back to the Final Four after the last few disappointments with more talented teams at that, people where really questioning if he still had it...

I was at work and the game was on. Guy asked who I was going for and I said I'm rockin with Izzo. His wife was like boo! I'm a Duke girl. I said well Kentucky got there's earlier, so let's go for a clean sweep. Kinda glad I wasn't their server. 😆

Basically ESPN said that a team with basically only 4 people doing all the work can beat the 18-19 cavaliers RIGHT RIGHT RIGHT... They can beat professionals but cant even win the Tournament if you put the worst NBA team in this tournament they would win it easily

@@SpartanNick in all honesty I never got why Zion was and is so praised I think he is good and one of the better prospects to come out of college in the last couple of years but why are people selling him as the next face of the league. Zion is solid and I think his biggest positive is that he can defend which many college players can't but offensively why are people acting like he can bully people in the nba the same way the one game he faced a decent rim protector Zion struggled what makes anyone think he can dominate in the paint in the NBA with many good rim protector and he can't shoot so you would draft him to rely off of what exactly. Zion has a ton of potential but to go number one over a couple of players who are probably a bit more polished seems a little insane

nba team? If u put any euroleague team they will win this easily! Euroleague teams rosters are made of best european players, americans former nba players, and great college player that didnt make it in NBA! Trust me, any euroleague team can beat ncaa div 1 champion at least 8 out of 10 times. Euroleague winner can play vs some NBA teams, but not all obviosly..

Yea, and if you take away Edwards banked in three with a minute to play UVA wins in regulation (I didn't hear him call "glass"). Both UVA and Purdue caught breaks at the end of regulation but it was UVA that won the game. And Dook was lucky to even get to the Sweet 16 let alone the round of eight. So what - Virginia is in the Final Four and Dook is sitting at home where they belong.

Wow game was close. Williamson never disappoints. He's nba ready. 2 or 3 on both sides are also nba ready. Great game. I kinda wanted to see zion take it to the chip! He played well. His 3 point shooting continues to surprise me! Classic!

1 Final Four in the last 9 years for Duke. Coach K continues to do less with more.

All I know is the final 4 four and the finals will be anticlimactic and probably boring. Everyone wants to watch the big time matchups on the big stage, not Auburn vs. Virginia and Texas Tech vs. Michigan St... That's like going to see an off Broadway production of Chicago in Sheboygan, Wisconsin.

MSU beat michigan three times to tie the conference championship, and you dont think they wanted it more than duke. all the duke boys look forward to is the NBA draft, not the natty 🤔

The underdogs.Michigan State had the same record as us, also had a share of their regular season conference championship and also won their conference tourney.We were EVENLY match.I'm upset because of the unforced turnovers and missed free throws.

I had Michigan State beating Duke and going to the Final Four!!

Great college basketball game. Both teams went at each other from beginning to end. There was no letup.

Unbelievable game. An MSU team that had only 1 future NBA player that actually gets minutes, Xavier Tillman, who doesn’t even play that much. VS Zion, RJ Barrett, Cam Reddish, and Tre Jones. Zion and RJ are starters and Reddish and Jones are solid role players. This was a win based off good coaching and high basketball IQ from MSU.

Barrett choked. He should have deferred to Zion.

B10 co-champ, B10 tourney champ, 30+ win season, hall of fame coach, B10 player of the year, and All American at guard, and they're an underdog? Snubbed number 1 seed, is what they are.
