I always enjoy the fact that the MVPs from duke are literate and we'll spoken. Props for completing college and competing in sports at one of the most prestigious schools

I watched it live, and I still don’t know how we won either. I honestly thought UNC deserved to win until all of this happened. It was absolutely wild and one of the best things I’ve ever seen.

Back when I was in my early 20’s, I would fight your ass over Duke and UNC. When Duke managed to win, I’d talk mad shit and be a real asshole to my FRIENDS who were Carolina fans. But over the years, watching this rivalry become the pinnacle of college basketball excellence and how truly special it is when they square off. Out the damn window with rankings and records and everything else written on paper and not earned in the trenches of battle on Tobacco Road! Duke & UNC IS THE BEST THING ABOUT COLLEGE BASKETBALL

I’m rewatching this game right now. (Thanks, DVR!) I honestly did not think we would win. Carey had just fouled out (and was so nice to go over and shake Roy Williams’ hand), and we were down by 13 with less than 4 minutes left. Then down by 10 with 2:06 left. (We all know this.) I’m just saying: THIS RIVALRY DOES NOT DISAPPOINT!!!

I sure don't feel bad for UNC as a whole. Never will, but Anthony was a cancer on this UNC team. He was a whiny, selfish, headcase that was only trying to help himself get drafted. He sure thought he was MUCH better than he actually was. Tre Jones made sure he was well aware of that fact both times they met. It did kind of break my heart seeing Garrison Brooks crying near the end of the Syracuse game in the ACC tournament (though it was hilarious watching them get WAXED). He worked his butt off all the time, and really seems like a great kid. I hope he comes back next year and continues to do well because I really want to hate him haha.

Too bad COVID happened. Duke woulda been a PROBLEM in the Tourney that year.

Jones is fire no doubt but he needs to trust his teammates and pass for the open shot so many opportunities missed and the ref bails him out by calling the foul.

First five seconds of the video starts with a horrible charge call. BLOCK as clear as day. Puts his hands out (doesn't take it in the chest) and is falling back before any contact. And the ref is gung ho to call a charge as if it's legitimate. They need to train them better or get some younger refs. Makes no sense to have 60 year old men refereeing a game where the players move twice as fast as they do.

Honestly it felt a little boring.
